GGuest UserAfter 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. Unfortunately, he couldn’t check in and ended up sleeping on the couch in the reception area. The hotel should either make the self check-in process easier or have staff available 24/7 to assist guests.

GGuest UserGood East-West car traveling location. The hotel is clean, offers every you need for a basic stay. When booking, I was promised free outdoor parking at the parking facilities, however, when I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to pay 6 Euro parking fee/day.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location was good because it was right in front of the train station. It's quite a distance, but I walked to Sanssouci during my break. The picture is the view from the train station, but what you see is not Sanssouci, but a different building. If you go that far, there are restaurants and cafes nearby.

GGuest UserAll was good. The only stupid were the bed layers that are always scrapped and the same was the bed linen that is constantly scrapped and you have the white roof or kit then. But otherwise everything was OK. Cleanness is better in my opinion, but it was OK. It wasn't dirty now but wasn't perfectly clean now. At 0:30 we were wake up from the fire alarm and all had to get out, but the hotel can't do anything if guests smoke in the room and thus trigger the alarm.
