Hotel the Empire is a good place for a short stay or a stay to take tours in Punta Cana, although its location is not the best , it is easy to reach in transport (uber or taxi),

Basically a good hotel with excellent service. Rooms are clean, air conditioning works well!
Please note: only rain shower = no hot water
Security guards the entire hotel. Unfortunately, it has to, as the area is not the best. You don't get a good feeling about the area.
In my opinion, the price is too high for the hotel.
OK for a short stay, but not long.
Large supermarket about 15 minutes walk.

+ nice hotel, good location, comfortable beds;
+ helpful and respectfull stuff;
- wifi conections is weak in the room;
- no safe in the room;
- the cost seems a little high.
Suggestion: improve check-in speed

Hotel is quite good when compared to hotels in this price category. With protection and slagbaum om, hot water, drinking water in the lobby. Breakfast is modest, eggs and toast.
