Beddings were clean, floors clean, view from the balcony onto the street nice, higher ceilings. You need some basic French to check in, but receptionists are very forthcoming in communication.

The swimming pool is heated and there are transactions, but there is a cabin to change. The top roof is incredible! We have not tested the sports room and sauna (free).
