SStay Eat RepeatEverything okay but just to remind there no aircond just fan but the resort is pretty. The view from the room worth every penny. The highlight is the sunrise because the sunset is the other side of the island.

Cche norina hassanal bashryUpon checking in I was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

GGuest UserEasily the best budget hotel in Banda Aceh, i only wish i found it earlier. The rooms are spacious, equipped with wifi, cold a/c, kettle, wardrobe and desk plus bedside cupboard, super clean comfy bed and sparkling white linen, big bathroom with hot shower. Water dispenser in every corridor and indoor + outdoor restaurant on the ground floor. Ample secure parkingand super helpful staff - everything you want from a hotel, I highly recommend Plum Hotel.

I really love our stay. Location earby pasar aceh, masjid baiturrahmab and Blang padang. Lots of food and stall nearby . Everyting is walking distance.

AAzmalThe room was clean and spacious. This property is located at the city centre, about 25 minutes ride from Banda aceh International Airport. I chose this hotel due to the proximity of the famous Masjid Baitulrahman mosque.
The morning breakfast was okay but tasty.

The only thing that is not satisfied is that the introduction of the room is not clear, and a fan room is booked. If there is no air conditioning in Southeast Asia, it is really a crime (this problem has been reported to Trip.com add room instructions)

MMuhammad rizki azmiStaying in this hotel feels like I found the most strategic ”basecamp” in the middle of the city. Want to go anywhere near—want to find food just walk, want to drink just walk,
the room is clean,comfortable,and quite spacious.the mattress is so soft that the intention of getting up early to travel changed to “it’s okay tomorrow” 😴
The service is also friendly, the staff is helpful, so it makes you feel at home. Anyway, this hotel is suitable for those who want:

Conclusion: strategic location, there is a balcony for a gong, and it is very comfortable. The only downside is one... it is difficult to check out because it is too home 😆
