Cche norina hassanal bashryUpon checking in I was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

I really love our stay. Location earby pasar aceh, masjid baiturrahmab and Blang padang. Lots of food and stall nearby . Everyting is walking distance.

The only thing that is not satisfied is that the introduction of the room is not clear, and a fan room is booked. If there is no air conditioning in Southeast Asia, it is really a crime (this problem has been reported to Trip.com add room instructions)

DDongfangkuaiche.The balcony room facing the street will be noisy, but I reported that the front desk immediately changed to other rooms, and Ramadan will send breakfast for free. The hotel price is very affordable, and the decoration is very new, the overall experience is great
