The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.

I had a great stay at Zest Airport Jakarta. The hotel is very close to Soekarno-Hatta Airport, making it a perfect choice for transit travelers. The free airport shuttle was convenient and punctual, which made my journey much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a good night’s rest. The price was also very affordable compared to many other airport hotels. Most importantly, the reception staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay near Jakarta Airport. I will definitely stay here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I stayed for 1 night (check-in July 14th, check-out July 15th) for around Rp420,000, including tax. In my opinion, this hotel is perfect for a layover as it provides a free airport shuttle service, which is incredibly helpful. One suggestion for the shuttle service: in the future, besides sending a photo of the pick-up point, it would be better to also explain the exact location (e.g., terminal, gate, or more specific directions). I initially went to the wrong spot because I wasn't very familiar with the airport area. As for the room, the facilities were excellent. The AC was cold, the TV, lights, and other amenities worked perfectly, and the room was clean and comfortable for resting. _The front office service also deserves praise. When I accidentally got locked out of my room, the staff immediately called security to help open the door. The process was quick and friendly. Breakfast was included in the room rate. During my stay, the buffet menu offered white rice, fried rice, noodles, chicken, tofu, toast with a toaster, butter and sprinkles, orange juice, water, tea, and coffee. I think the selection is quite good for a transit hotel. What impressed me the most was their handling of forgotten items. I accidentally left some belongings behind. After contacting customer service, they responded according to procedure and informed me that lost items are kept for up to 6 days. When I asked for assistance to have the items picked up by a courier, the hotel verified by requesting proof of the found item receipt they had previously sent, and then re-confirmed with me before handing over the items. Such SOPs make me feel that guests' belongings are truly well-protected. There were a few times when my calls weren't answered immediately, likely because they were assisting other guests. However, overall, the service I received was excellent, friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. Thank you to the entire team at Amaris Hotel Bandara. We booked this hotel simply because we had an overnight layover and needed somewhere close to the airport. At this price, we honestly didn’t expect much — and yes, it has air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi and basic toiletries. That’s about it. The biggest problem was that our room was on B1. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the room had a strong, unpleasant underground smell. The room was also extremely tiny. Even with just hand-carry luggage, we struggled to find space and eventually had to put it in the bathroom. If you have large suitcases, good luck. There is also nothing around the hotel — no convenience store, no restaurants worth mentioning. The entire area is basically just airport hotels. So, if your only requirement is “I need somewhere cheap to close my eyes for one night before my next flight,” then sure, this place will do. But if you expect anything beyond the absolute basics, stay somewhere else. Being close to the airport is pretty much the only thing this hotel has going for it. They do offer airport transfers, which is a nice service, but the operating hours are 6:00 AM–9:30 PM, so unfortunately it didn’t work for our flight schedule. In short: cheap, close to the airport, and that’s about it. You get what you pay for.

I stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.

Unfortunately I didn’t rest well here as it’s quite noisy. Noise from other guests next doors and you can hear people walk or open/close doors. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this is not the best choice. However, I appreciate the warm and easy services from all workers and free ride to/from the airport.

If you don't mind sharing the toilet and shower, this place offers great value for money. Unlike typical capsule hotels where rooms are too small to store luggage, change clothes, or move around easily, the Room Box allows you to bring in a couple of suitcases and stand up straight without bending over. The bed is also spacious and comfortable. However, soundproofing is almost non-existent, so light sleepers might need earplugs or similar対策. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Overall, it's a good place for a one-night layover. Of course, it's not a hotel, but I slept pretty well. The room was surprisingly clean, and it even had a TV and a small table, which was amazing! Even though I didn't end up using them.

Location is perfectly if your going to airport 3 mins by car. however the room needs ventilation, maintenance and brightness. ACCOR Ibis is a proper brand however this hotel needs improvement. Or maybe this is what I can expect for a low budget hotel.
