The room was actually comfortable and very well-spaced from my meeting location. Although it wasn't spacious, I didn't think it was as spacious as it was stated in the info. However, I couldn't sleep on my last night because my bed suddenly shifted quite far from its original position. It gave me goosebumps.
The front desk was very receptive and efficient.”
Rooms and cleanliness
”The room was spacious, spotless, and had a comfortable bed.”
”The bathroom was extremely clean with a good selection of toiletries.”
No hair dryer and the electricity is not stable. No common area for eating my birthday cake or any special for birthday. Needless to say, the television is full of snow flower. Yet, the location is excellent within 40 mins to the international airport.
The room is clean and cool, the location is strategic, there is lots of food, the rooftop is cool and great, breakfast is good, Indonesian food, basically everything is the best.
The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly. If there is anything, it is quick to respond. For the oyo level it can be said that it is very good. Clean.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Medan train station, right on the street next to Tjong A Fie Mansion. The doorman helps with luggage, and there's an ATM inside the hotel entrance. The lobby also has a restaurant where you can order lunch and dinner at your own expense. The room isn't huge, but the bed is comfortable. The only downside is the modified motorbikes in Indonesia, which are incredibly loud. There aren't many vehicles during the hot daytime, but as evening approaches, the noise gets progressively worse, continuing until well past 2 AM. In the evening, there are also many drink stalls near the hotel, playing loud music. The shower has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower and hair wash. Breakfast is included, offering good value for money.
They charge your for the FREE airport shuttle. Such a shame as we booked this hotel only for the free shuttle! But I have already informed trip.com! In the night there were rats running around in the walls.. and our neighbour thought is is cool to play loud Indonesia music at 6am.. not the eBay stay to be honest but for one night ok
Check in take a bit longer. The reception tell me my hotel was cancel. After give him the booking number only get my room. Hotel also provide breakfast.
Had a great stay at this hotel! The place was clean, safe, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located near the city center, which made it easy to get around. Highly recommend!
Terrible air quality. People smoke indoors, including one staff. I complained to one of them and he thought it’s not considered smoking indoors if the window is open. Scandalous how standards are low. Also complained to reception, who only had a look at the security camera but didn’t do anything.
Free breakfast is just toast with chocolate sprinkles, matcha spread or margarine.
Close to the airport so good for a 1 night stay if flying the next day.

BbungaThe bathing place directly on the lake is good but the rooms use fans, you can't drink bottles, the rooms smell damp, the floors are sandy, there is no room cleaning service. The price is right🙏 view the photos uploaded below
Stayed at Kama Hotel Medan and loved the modern, squeaky-clean vibes - definitely a fresh spot! Got upgraded to a spacious room, which was a nice surprise and much appreciated. But, holy majolie Batman! The night turned into a symphony of screaming motorbikes and zooming cars, thanks to the hipster youngsters treating the street like their personal racetrack. It’s a lively hangout zone, so pack earplugs if you’re not into the midnight Grand Prix soundtrack. Location-wise, the is a delightful gem. A breezy 10-minute stumble from Medan train station, stone throw from the eerie charm of Tjong A Fie Mansion, and right across from Tip Top Restaurant and Bakery, where you can grab a pastry to munch while contemplating the chaos of the hipster-infested streets. Perfect spot if you enjoy your mornings with a side of historical haunt and your nights dodging motorbike mayhem. 😈
Not bad. Room a bit old. But thanks no rats . Peak time clean up room a bit late.. AS some staff didnt work OB schedule.. So the supervisor did excellent job to cover them up. Hopefully they gotta rewarded
Whatever it is, it’s what we called home; The ambient, atmosphere, services, food, view, is all about art. Thank you Tirani and all of staff for having us. You guys is the reason for me to coming back. Cheers!
Staying at Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo, formerly 3 Berastagi, is quite comfortable for a budget hotel. Its strategic location, close to the Museum Pusaka Karo, makes it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and standard, perfect for a relaxing break. The amenities are quite complete for the price, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it's worth it if you're looking for affordable accommodation in Berastagi 👍
