Overall, it was okay, but the cleanliness wasn't great, in my opinion. Maybe I'm just very particular about cleanliness, but the bed was a bit dirty.

The hotel location is convenient, and since it’s budget-friendly, it works out well. However, the Wi-Fi connection isn’t very strong. The breakfast service is worth more than the price paid. The security staff are also very helpful, and the hotel is close to shops. For couples, it’s even more suitable since the rooms only come with a couple bed. But if you’re going with a friend and want separate beds, it’s not very convenient.

This is a very good budget hotel. It's very clean, offers free coffee and water, and has friendly service. There are many local restaurants nearby, and it's also close to shopping areas, making it very convenient.

The parents who take care of the resevisionies on 21/10/2024 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon have a hard time trying to answer questions from castomers... Please ask the superiors to reprimand the working staff... If you are unable to serve castomers, stop working, don't make people angry. .I am from Malaysia not satisfied with taking care

Always a pleasure to return to Favehotel. This time I came with my family and took 4 rooms. Love the spacious room and it is the main reason why I kept returning to Favehotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bedsheets and towels are always crisps and fluffy. Room water pressure is very good. If water drainage at the sink and shower could be work on then the rooms are perfect Ferdi @reception was excellent in arranging our 4 rooms in a row including a set of connecting rooms. This help me tremendously in assisting my elderly family members. Another reason i chose the Favehotel is the surrounding compound. The streets and pavements are well developed and clean. Great for elderly individuals whom otherwise may trip over debris due to uneven terrain once you step outside the hotel like most other hotels in Batam Thamrin City development are the best! Hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and in doing so attracts more to stay in this premise!

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

The location of the hotel was convenient to places that we wanted to go like massage, shopping etc. We stayed on the 8th level of the newer wing - the room was big and clean. Aircon was cold enough for our liking. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good for the price of the room we are paying. Wifi connection was very bad - connection kept dropping off almost immediately after connection or cannot connect at all - we ended up using our own data plan instead. The hotel lift takes time - there were times where we waited for a long time for the lift as it was moving very slowly. Overall, I will book this hotel if I am visiting Batam again.

I originally planned to stay for one day, but the staff were very welcoming, so I stayed for three more days.
