"MY OPINION, THIS IS THE BEST HOSTEL IN GALWAY, it’s cheap, but the service? Bro 10000/10 amazing, they’re all friendly and so helpful. They change the bed sheets every checkout, compare to other hostel is so disgusting that we need to sleep on the same bed sheets like person before us, food so fresh! I got spoiled milk on the other hostel, ngl I have stomach ache. DAWSON IS Very very recommended! Go check out, and explore Galway!"

GGuest UserWe booked a whole sconto, everything worked without problems.
Super nice service, free towels, as well as free tea/cafe and fruit.
Room was clean, good size and everything was very uncomplicated.
Super were the sticks on each bed with additional USB and USB connection, so you don't need a adapter.
We also had breakfast incl. , rather smaller buffet, but perfectly enough and delicious for the price.
The mattresses are our only defects, which were very hard.

GGuest UserCouldn’t recommend this place enough! The private was better than most hotels and the dorms looked great too! Fab kitchen, very helpful staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend walking to the Latin quarter for the live music at the kings head pub!

YYPLKinsay is the thumbs up hostel having the friendliest staff, awesome location & super clean rooms. It is slightly pricey but it includes breakfast and has the strictest security ever. For taller people, choose the upper deck as i keep hitting my head on the lower deck.
I love the pub crawl as a way to meet people and had the most fun ever in Kinlay in Galway!

EEzzadventurerThis hostel exceeded expectations, for me.
The rooms had comfy beds, large lockers and air-con. The free breakfast was delicious and home made and they even do family dinner each night which is great value and a fun way to meet people. The bathrooms were basic but functional and clean and I didn't have to wait for a shower.
The pub downstairs was lively and good value.
I would suggest bringing ear plugs though as the live music goes on quite late some nights so if you want to sleep you'll need them.

GGuest UserOK, there is a curtain on the bed, there is a certain privacy. The location is very good, very close to the train station and bus station, breakfast is OK, so-so, in a country with high prices in Ireland, the Youth Hostel is a very good economic choice.
