You can see it’s a bit old hotel but the twin room we got was not too small unlike typical business hotel. There are signs of care of the people running the hotel, since as the staff, cleanliness, and so on. Reasonable for the location.
Katsuo Guest House enjoys a location in Kochi, 23 miles from Daizen-ji Temple and 24 miles from Nishihama Park. With a garden, the 1-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with free Wifi. Free private parking is available, and the guest house also features bike rental for guests who want to explore the surrounding area.
At this guest house, some rooms come with a private entrance, flat-screen TV, and game console. There's also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge. The rooms are equipped with heating facilities.
For guests with children, the guest house provides outdoor play equipment. An indoor play area is also available at Katsuo Guest House, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace.
Hossho-ji Temple is 24 miles from the accommodation, while Nakatosa Town Art Museum is 30 miles from the property. Kochi Ryoma Airport is 8.1 miles away.
The hotel is about a ten to fifteen-minute walk from Nakamura Station. However, its proximity to souvenir shops, restaurants, and convenience stores makes it quite convenient. Just be aware that the nearby restaurant closes at 9 PM.
Breakfast is a complimentary buffet for guests. I can only say the Oden was delicious, but everything else was rather subpar.
It was fully booked due to Golden Week, so I couldn't switch to a non-smoking room. However, the window could be opened for fresh air and ventilation, and there was also a humidifier in the room, so I was still reasonably satisfied.
The boss's English is very good and the service is friendly. The location was a little far from the station, but I drove myself, so it's not bad. The disadvantage is that the soundproofing is really bad. The neighbor speaks louder and I can clearly understand what is being said. Breakfast is just a simple salad with side dishes. Rice and miso soup
It was a room with a sense of unity that made me feel the owner's commitment. The room, shower room and toilet are very clean and have amenities. It seems that insects will come out, but it did not come out at all in July when I used it this time. There is no TV. The indoor lights are only turned off and all the lights are turned off, so I used the LED lantern outside the room. I haven't used it this time, but the grill joint on the same site seems to be a good shop because the review stars are high. Convenience stores have to drive for about 5 minutes. Please be careful because the nearby sea station closes at 17:00.
A long-established hotel in Shimanto, there is a large supermarket nearby, a 2-minute walk away, and across a bridge. There is a traditional canteen in the fruit market, where many drivers go to eat, and people who are not from the market can also go in. w is delicious, open in the morning until 1:00 noon.
Shimanto is very comfortable and relaxing. Get off at JR Nakamura Station, then rent a bicycle at the tourist complex on the left side of the station and ride around Shimanto's small markets and clear streams.
Nice hotel, the room is large, the dinner is very rich, and the shuttle service of Shifang Qingshui City is also provided. The underwater pavilion, the aquarium, and the tour trail are nearby, very convenient and the scenery is beautiful.
With a stay at junos in Nahari, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Garden of Monet Marmottan and Nakaoka Shintaro Museum. This guesthouse is 3.9 mi (6.3 km) from Muroto-Anankaigan and 5.5 mi (8.8 km) from Cape Oyama-misaki Fuchi Park.
Make use of convenient amenities, which include complimentary wireless internet access and a communal living room.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Make yourself at home in one of the 6 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms have separate bathtubs and showers and hair dryers.
I stayed with my husband and wife. It was easy to access and very good. I didn't care about the sound of life of 々 who stayed with me at all, so I had a rest. I want to use it again with enough hospitality even if it is not a hotel.

The hotel has 3 car parks, you can park for free. There is free curry serving during weekdays. The hotel building itself is old, but it is value for money and competitively clean. Free breakfast included.

A very good hotel: clean, with a nice sauna. The staff is discreet but really does their best to provide information, even with the language barrier. The location is excellent, and there’s a cosy café area where you can spend time or get some work done. Not far from the food night market
very welcoming place and hospitable owners. everything was clean and comfortable and the owners were very generous with the dinner and breakfast included. this is really a gem and it is very accessible to everything you want to see in muroto.
Qingyue Hotel is more like a youth hostel. There is a washbasin in the room, but the shower and toilet are shared. There are showers and communal refrigerators on each floor. The boss is a handsome guy who can speak Japanese and Spanish, but he said his English is better.
It was within walking distance of Sukumo Station and there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Welcome drinks, ice cream, and cup ramen were provided. Although a little old, the room was clean and comfortable.
It's full of Showa-era vibes, but it's very clean. It's a 5-minute walk from Kochi Station. There's a coin laundry, so you can do your laundry. There's a large public bath and an open-air bath on the top floor, so you can quickly soothe your fatigue. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I go to Kochi.
