This hotel is perfectly located, just 5 meters from Nankai Line station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. What truly sealed the deal was the unbeatable price – excellent value for money!
The ground floor's lounge area is a great perk, offering complimentary water and beverages. The female shower rooms on the first floor were also a pleasant experience. All the staff were very friendly. They even provide free pastries in the morning. It's an ideal choice for a transitional stay on your first or last day when traveling to or from Kansai International Airport.
I stayed here twice, each for one night. One of the rooms had a slight odor, but the other was fine. You can hear some noise from the street, adjacent rooms, and the hallway, but it's manageable with earplugs.

The location is very convenient, right in front of Zoo-mae Station and within walking distance to Tennoji. The room was very simple, just a tatami mat. My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM).

Fantastic atmosphere! The room was very quiet, and the air conditioning kept it nice and warm, so I had a really solid night's sleep! There's a lounge area with free drinks (see p4), which was a thoughtful touch. Plenty of convenience stores and vending machines nearby, and transportation was super convenient; I mostly used Honmachi Station. They provide free towels and slippers, and the bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, makeup remover, and even toner/lotion! You can also borrow hair oil and curling irons. Plus, free breakfast is included. Even though I didn't get to try the breakfast and some of the amenities, I highly, highly recommend this place. Thanks to this spot, my solo trip in Japan felt so much warmer!

After checking in, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's only a few dozen meters from Exit 8 of Dobutsuen-mae subway station, and about 200m from Shin-Imamiya Station for both JR and Nankai lines. This makes it perfect if you have an Osaka subway pass or a Kansai JR Mini Pass, as you can get from the airport to the hotel by JR or Nankai in under 200m walking. Although the hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, often referred to as Osaka's 'slum area,' I was a bit concerned about safety before arriving. However, the hotel is right next to a main road with a lot of people around, so there's actually no need to worry. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. I booked a single room with shared bathroom and shower facilities. Despite being shared, they were very clean, and the hotel staff were constantly cleaning them to keep them spotless. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great. If you're on a budget and want a bit of private space, I highly recommend this place – it's much better than many hostels.
I stayed at this hotel with my colleague for a business trip to Japan. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Shin-Osaka Station, just one traffic light away. It's definitely the top choice for business travelers.

The locationn is very close to shopping areas such as Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon Market. There's also a large, inexpensive supermarket nearby, located behind the building. The accommodation is clean, towels, liquid soap, and shampoo are provided. The bed is a good size, not too narrow. My room was on the second floor and had limited space for luggage. There's a corner outside the room with tea and coffee service and a refrigerator, but it's quite cramped. You can buy food and heat it up there. Because the accommodation doesn't have much common space, you need to be mindful of noise levels.

I stayed for a total of 13 nights. The hotel is very close to Dobutsuen-mae, which makes it extremely convenient. The room is small, but since it’s a private room, it’s perfectly fine. The room, toilet, and shower areas are clean and well maintained. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, quite close to the subway station and tourist attractions. However, the surrounding area is a stark contrast to Japan's usual order and cleanliness, with homeless people and trash everywhere. On the bright side, the hotel itself is very clean, and having a police station directly across the street makes it feel safe. The only inconvenience is having to take the elevator all the way down to the ground floor every time you want to shower. On another note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage storage, which was a big plus.

1. Opposite exits 17/18 of the subway station, you'll find the Senba Center. Its basement has a food street with small eateries, offering prices more reasonable than tourist areas.
2. I stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many guests. There was no wait at check-in or check-out, and I didn't experience the 10-minute elevator wait some others mentioned.
3. The bathroom is indeed tiny. When you sit on the toilet and close the door, your face is almost touching it.
4. This is a new hotel, so the facilities are new, and the design is simple and bright. It even has Type C charging ports.
5. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. However, on the first day, when I opened the curtains, I noticed that the kettle, illuminated by the sunlight, had dust on its body.

Hotel was very near to the train station , lawson convenient store. From the train station u just need to pass 1 traffic light and u are arrived. Hotel was super clean, tidy but the shower room and toilet was outside the room, located at the ground level, but itsokay, everything was fine ! The hotel also near to some attraction places, and still at a resonae price compared to others, Recommended!💯

Great
SSYL94I stayed here for 4 nights and had a really good overall experience. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Dotonbori. You just need to cross the road to reach Shinsaibashi, which made shopping and exploring extremely easy. There are also multiple exits of Namba Station nearby, so transportation is very convenient.
The area is lively and full of food options, convenience stores, and shops, so everything you need is within walking distance. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself feels comfortable and a good place to rest after a long day out.
I really enjoyed my stay at Acro and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.
LLeoulailaFacilities: Great.
Cleanliness: Very good, spotless.
Ambiance: Nice, very good.
Service: Good. Every time I come to Japan, when I'm traveling solo, I choose this place. The private small rooms are clean, hygienic, and excellent, with no strange odors. I genuinely recommend it. The subway station is right next door.
GGuest UserYou can really feel the hotel's thoughtfulness here. It has a washing machine, kitchen, and balcony, and they even thoughtfully provided an umbrella and a weighing scale, which are very practical. It's close to the Midosuji Line, and even closer to Shin-Imamiya, making it super convenient for early morning flights – just a 3-minute walk.
AAnonymous UserThe room was small (as expected) but fine. The staff was friendly and very polite. There are no room cleaning if you staying couple of nights only, but for me that’s wasn’t a problem at all. You can take amenities near the front desk.
Good place for reasonable price with good location.
Thanks

GGuest UserThe female staff was really super friendly. I didn't even know that it had been transferred to post-payment, so I had a lot of trouble paying at the accommodation, but they waited for me and tried to resolve it somehow, which was really nice. When I came back after going out, they even left me this note, which touched me ㅠㅠ If I go to Osaka again, I want to use it again. The accommodation was clean and very close to the station, so I had no trouble finding my way. I highly recommend it.
MmitareThe location seemed great at first, but it's actually not that close to the subway station. The surrounding area is full of food streets, and there isn't a convenient store nearby either. Perhaps because there are too many people staying here, it gets quite noisy in the mornings. I haven't encountered this situation in other capsule hotels.
