Good hotel, but the security made it hard to drive trough to the hotel parking Bad experienced with this type of security

Hotel room is reasonable huge especially the toilet. The check in machine and check out self serviced kiosk is very up to date and convenient to use. The reception lady also very friendly and so polite. Unfortunately the as we entered the room is too smoky with cigarettes smell. Also the toilet smell urine.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making shopping incredibly convenient with a mall right nearby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The service team is warm and professional, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay with great value for money.

Staff is friendly, place very convenient, nearby supermarket named Lotus, around 3km to town. Easy to find food too

The hotel's location is close to KTM Seremban, but only after I booked for two nights did I learn from my Grab driver that this hotel has many guests from Vietnam. I felt scared even when trying to sleep at night because I heard all sorts of loud noises outside my room, and I'm a woman. There's no elevator for three floors, and towels and soap were given at check-in, not provided in the room as is usual in hotels. When I opened the room door, I was shocked to find only a tray with a roll of toilet paper on the table – no cups, no glasses, no mineral water, let alone coffee or tea sachets. The air conditioner was too cold with no remote, so I had to turn off the switch when I couldn't stand the cold anymore. The floor creaked when I walked, and so did the bed, which made me feel eerie staying here, and I couldn't wait for morning. Overall, I really regret it and only slept one night. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Overall had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is excellent, right at the waterfront with easy access to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and the seaside promenade. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. One thing future guests should note is that parking can be a little challenging, especially during weekends and peak periods, as parking spaces nearby can be limited. Another important point is that there are actually two different D'Wharf properties in the area. One is the high-rise D'Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence at the waterfront, while the other is the D'Wharf Boutique Hotel located among the waterfront shop lots. It is advisable to double-check your booking confirmation and destination address before arriving to avoid any confusion. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel offers great value for money, a fantastic waterfront location, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The front desk staff were very efficient and competent. However, extra items like pillows were out of stock. More stock needs to be added to meet customer needs. Room cleanliness could be improved; only basic cleaning was done, neglecting detailed cleaning. The wooden bed frame is a bit worn and needs to be replaced. Overall, the room offers great value for money and is close to all amenities.

TH Hotel is a good choice for a short stay. The firm bed ensured a restful sleep. Convenient and comfortable, perfect stopover for breaking a journey to the next destination.

Forgot to take pictures. Stayed here with my family for a night after visiting the cemetery. It was decent, can't expect too much.
