very good for this price, parking provided at LG2 but quite limited, clean hotel room, amnities complete (toothbrush, showercap, comb, towel, instant coffee and tea), got tv, small fridge, aircond, kettle, 3 plug (1 near bed and 2 near dressing table). Iron provided outside, at the corridor, they gave bottled drinking water but incase not enough, there is water dispenser outside as well. Breakfast also provided is what impress me. Got 2 type of fried noodles, fritters, fries, sausage, orange juice, hot coffee and tea, if you opt for light breakfast, you can make toast too. Recommended 👍

I stayed here for one night and found it to be excellent value for money hotel. The location is very strategic. A special thanks to the front desk man he provided me mid night cigarettes from own box, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a foreigner, I really appreciated how informative and helpful with the big smile he was. Thank you to the hotel
The hotel room is good with a window and has a bathroom attached. Location is nearby to Atria mall where there are lot of eating shops and restaurants. Though the hotel is away from city centre. Staff Md Numan helped me to take printouts. I recommend for the stay if you are staying near Kuala Lumpur

A good lodging option when you're in town for business. Accommodation in Putrajaya can be quite expensive, so this place is a budget-friendly alternative. I took a taxi from the airport and only stayed one night, so I didn't need anything fancy.
I want to say that there's staffs is super kindness and helpful.
I also love the room with cold aircon and clean bed with clean pillow even I choose no window room.
They provide coffee , kettle , safety box , towel, and drinking water
Only no have clothes hanger, hair dryer and toiletries.

The hotel is quite far from downtown Kuala Lumpur, so not very convenient if you want to explore the city.
However, it’s about 15-20 minutes from KL airport, which makes it practical for a short transit stay.
The room was ok and acceptable. Reasonable price. If you need a clean bed and a quiet environment to rest before flying back home.
Hotel services and facilities good.
All sockets is available for international choices.
Near road, can be noisy.
Have food restaurants and shops around.
For shopping mall nead around 30min walking.
I'm pleased having sojourned at this premises. The staff is very friendly with a big smile. The place looks brand new with comfortable beds. The basic necessities were provided adequately (toothbrush/paste, ironing, hot/cold drinking water, towel, soap, disposable slipper).
The things to bear in mind is to bring your own toilet roll… and if you are driving, they do not provide free parking. You might end up parking indoor and pay an hourly rate (RM3 for 1st hour, RM2 for subsequent hours) for the whole night, or risk getting a saman if you park at the roadside.
Hotel was nice and clean except there was a woman’s pyjamas left in the bathroom. Overall, location is good where Aeon mall is only opposite if the hotel. Will choose this hotel for the next business trip.

JJastanGreat option for a quick, one-night stay if you're in transit. The hotel offers free airport transfer, making it very convenient, and it’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The location is ideal, and the free breakfast includes roti canai, which was a nice local touch. Perfect for a short, hassle-free stay before catching your next flight!
NNFaaaaaaaaHThe staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — definitely a plus point. The overall cleanliness was average, but acceptable for a budget hotel. However, room security could be improved; the latch key wasn’t functioning, which might raise some safety concerns.
The bed was very comfortable, and I especially liked the soft pillows and cozy comforter. They provided two pillows for a single bed and four for a double bed, which was a very nice touch and made the stay much more comfortable.
The surrounding area felt a bit lonely since it’s located near an industrial zone with not many cars or people around. Parking is available right in front of the building, but it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The reception isn’t available 24 hours, so it’s something to keep in mind for late check-ins or assistance.
Overall, it’s a budget-friendly hotel offering decent comfort and basic amenities.
GGuest Userworth place to stay, with trip coins i save more for the price. room is nice, worth with the prize got aircond. i recomanded the place bkoz of the comfortable
MMdsquare09I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion.
The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free.
On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism.
Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.
GGuest UserOverall, it's decent. The location is unbeatable – just steps from the subway station and super convenient for dining. The rooms are a bit on the small side. Those with windows are much better; rooms without windows can feel quite cramped and claustrophobic.
AAnonymous UserGood for one night short stay. No ground floor rooms as it belong to another hotel. Hotel Ec In is on the second floor. Staff help to carry luggage up the stair upon request. The hotel provides water (hot and cold), coffee and tea outside the room. There are two bottled water supplied. The washroom has a hair drying and soap dispenser. Hot shower is from instant water heater. There is wash spray by the toilet bowl. The room is as per the picture in the post. Aircon is working fine. No window. Very small and will be very tight space if you bring big luggage. Should be able to manage the space with small luggage.
There is security card to enter the premise so it is only for guests. The hotel communicate via WhatsApp to ask my arrival time. If you arrive at late night or wee hours of the morning, best to notify the hotel about your arrival time as the counter service is not available 24/7.
The location is very near to shopping and food eateries. Lots for parking for those who drive. You can walk around to choose many different varieties of food according to your preference and budget. Airport transfer by Grab is RM 30
We were upset that the hotel did not specify that the massage chair is complimentary for guest who stayed more than one night only while the sign indicate free use for in-house guest (which should include those for one night stay). When we enquire, we we told several times it is free for us but when we wanted to use it later, we we told it was only for those who stay multiple nights. Staff has poor knowledge about the house policy on the massage chair. We need to pay RM 10.
Also, late check is charged RM 10 per hour.
We are not coming back to this hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is near to some local shops-7eleven clinics and a restaurant. Amenities are excellent -water dispenser, kettle, microwave. Room is clean and pleasant. A bit small but its ok for me as it is sparkling clean. Toilet is also clean and everything works as it should be.
