This canvas hotel use to be my favourite I have no complain but this time I need to said something. This time I was with my aunt who back from California for vacation. The room they stay in is not clean they found hair at the toilet , floor and bed the reason the gave is part time staff who do the cleaning. Is ok we accept than they change the room for them but the second room is cover with grey dust at the table and bed and we ask they said sorry this might be is because before the refrigerator explode . Last is the fourth rooms is the only satisfy with the cleanliness this already like 45 min. I need as so embarrassed so the canvas management please take note hopefully next time I stay it getting better

Best for a one night stay. The hotel is located around 20 mins away from KLIA2 there's not many people around there but still okay. The whole room smelled like cigarettes, even the towels had the smell lingered to it. I didn't stay a night, I only had booked for a place to rest and put down my bags. Overall cheap, but not so great if you're thinking of staying more than a day or two.

An outstanding room with elegant design, excellent cleanliness, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Initially the room that I stayed encountered some defect, there was some noise, and i requested to change another room, the staff was willing to help, I had a good time staying here.

Stayed at Batu Caves Hotel recently and had a generally pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. The service is simple but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The room was modest in size and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the internet connection was stable, which was useful for planning daily activities. Cleanliness was acceptable overall. The room was tidy, though some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. This did not significantly affect the stay but may be noticeable for guests who are particular about cleanliness. Despite being located near a tourist area, the hotel was relatively quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest. Overall, Batu Caves Hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for budget travelers, short-stay guests, and anyone who prioritizes location and affordability over luxury. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a practical and conveniently located place to stay.

Surprisingly, the suite was *so* spacious—like wow. And having our suite connected to my dad’s room made everything so convenient, just moving in and out easily without hassle. A few small downsides though: limited tissues, the TV wasn’t working, and the toilet door wouldn’t close properly lol. Location-wise, it’s pretty strategic—just at the end corner, close to Oriental. Security is solid too. My little sister arrived around 2:30am after her shift, and the guard didn’t allow her in without verification, so we had to go down and pick her up. Honestly, that’s reassuring. But I have to say—I *love* the lobby. The blend of British and Malay heritage is so elegant, and the lobby smells sooo nice 😍 Overall, comfy stay with a few quirks—but still a good one ✨

I would like to file a complaint about an evening staff member. I arrived at around 9pm, and the staff member (a slightly overweight man) showed a very poor attitude. We had already called earlier to inform that we would check in late and requested to stay in the same room for two nights. However, he responded impatiently, saying it wasn’t him who answered the call and that he couldn’t help. I understand system limitations, but there was no need for him to raise his voice and sound confrontational. His behavior was unprofessional.

I have stay in this hotel for few times. This round just for short stay. I am always pleased with this hotel as the location is so convenient. Just a suggestion can u please built a small rack so that the guest can place some of their toiletries near to the shower area. I realized none of it in my room.

There's a laundromat, mall, and bars nearby, offering a one-stop shop for entertainment and dining. The only downsides are limited parking and a check-in time after 10 PM. The room facilities are complete, with a hairdryer and a TV. Overall, it was a good experience.

The cleanliness is perfect. There's coffee. The soundproofing isn't great, though. I guess it depends on who your neighbors are. If they're just sleeping, then it's fine. But!!! The clock in the room was a real problem; I couldn't sleep at all because it ticked so loudly. Plus, it was running fast. Nearby, there's delicious and affordable food. (Laksa for only 12 RM and really tasty ice cream next door for 2 RM). I took a taxi here at 4 PM for 17 RM (Grab) and at 4 AM for 29 RM (inDrive).
