The facilities are quite basic, and check-in isn't until after 3 PM. Cleanliness was also an issue, with hair found on the bed and the pillowcases yellowed and stained.
However, if you can overlook these drawbacks, it serves as a decent option for a short layover. It's right by the airport, only a 2-minute drive away, and offers a free airport drop-off service. You could even walk there with your luggage in about 5 minutes.

A clean, comfortable, and well-kept homestay. The host was friendly and very responsive, making the check-in process smooth. The place felt cozy, fully equipped, and conveniently located near shops and eateries. A great stay overall — highly recommended!

room okay,clean..toilet very spacious..tv has astro njoi..room equipped with aircon&fan..iron/cold water@hot all outside the room..pantry&table for eating also.. There are many chairs outside the room (while you can sit there when you check in)
the important thing is to remove shoes/slippers before entering the hotel again ye ☺️
The location is very close if you go to KL highway

So far everything in terms of service, cleanliness, room condition are very good. Only some tiles of the main table has not been replace new which exposed the concrete frame.
Other than that keep up the good work always.

The hotel environment is quite good, only the problem of electrical wiring in the hotel needs to be improved because it will give comfort to the customers. The hotel is quite small but reasonable with the price offered. I hope that the management can deal with the main problem, which is the black out of the air cornd, which is dealt with immediately so that The incident that happened to my family will not happen again, thank you

We stayed in a chalet. The chalet was very basic, without a cupboard, a shelf... but really spacious. The bathroom was also large, the shower jet was very weak. The artificial grass in front of the door was inconvenient, just wooden planks would have been much more practical. All in all we were quite satisfied with the location and the spacious room. We thought the price was way too high for what we got, and the staff hardly seemed to know anything. One young man was very friendly but quite helpless, the others were not friendly. One man even looked at you disapprovingly when you brought something to the fridge, because he thought it was unthinkable that a can of beer would be put in his fridge.

I booked the wrong date. But you can't change it through apps. So I called the hotel a few minutes later after I booked wrongly. However, the hotel said they had to also change the date on the apps. Can't get around this problem. Thank you trip.com.

AAnonymous UserIt's normal but it's ok to have a place to sleep and rest for a while. But don't expect anything fancy. The budget hotel is really old-fashioned but it's good to have a coway. The bed is not hard, the shower tap water is fast.

AAnonymous UserOverall a great place to stay for short stay. Me and husband stayed here because he joined the Terengganu Marathon 2025. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The furniture is complete albeit a bit old. Toilet is ok and clean, hot water functioning well. Managed to check in early as room is vacant which is a plus star from us :). The only comment I had is lack of plugs (only one free plugs available in the room) the other 2 is used for tv and since it’s the only entertainment, we watch the tv so we only left with 1 plug (a bit of a downside since we both have to charge our phone one by one and also our watches too). Another thing is they only have 1 hair dryer in the hotel. So if you want to use, need to wait it free 😅 thats all from me!

AafaizaaRoom on level 3. Air conditioning was not working well, TV was barely working and water pressure was really bad (wasn't even hot enough).
At least the service is good, room is clean and bed is comfortable. Also location is unparalleled (except for the limited parking space - public parking available however).

AAilvyoudenvwalianThe location is great and convenient. We stayed in Building B, across from a large pasar where you can buy durian, seafood, and local specialties. Alipay is accepted. It's a short walk to Chinatown and a short walk to the river for some popular restaurants.
I didn't realize it when I first arrived, so I took some detours.
The room was super clean. Compared to similarly priced B&Bs in China, it was above average. It had a small refrigerator, a dining table, an ironing board, a hair dryer, and an electric kettle.
The bathroom was also clean, but the partition between the shower and toilet wasn't completely sealed, so water flowed into the toilet after showering, making it slippery.
I suggest turning down the elevator volume.

HHdytZULKIFLIVery strategic location. 2minutes walk from kuala terengganu bus station, 10 minute walk to pasar payang and closed to others shops too. Room was clean and well maintain. Water pressure the best. Thanks for the early check in. Definitely will come back if i were in terengganu.

So, anak2 still nak main jgk, is air sampai penuh, skalo air melimpah penuh ke ruang bilik..
Harap pihak hotel sudi tambah saluran air keluar di tempat jacuzzi.... So simple.. kerja pun mudah utk tetamu Dan xkalut bgn2 pgi penuh air...banjir di tempat ketandusan air😅
Xnak dah duduk bilik ni lagi... Susah2 nak kena bersihkan bilik pula😅
