My family and I had a great experience during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Please do thorough cleaning or pest control intervention in the room. Andami pong small insects na pagala gala sa bed, sa floor and sa CR. It made our stay very unconformable please resolve the issue.

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

i book this hotel for my parents they are amazed how clean and big the room are.The staff are kind and approachable according to them,the breakfast is good too and i would like to recommend this to my family when they travel to tuguegarao.

This is our second time staying here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The place is very clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, making it easy to unwind. Their caretaker is also very accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for families looking for a quiet and pleasant place to stay.

The staff are friendly. Located in the center of Tuguegarao and near shopping malls and fastfoods like jollibee and mcdonalds. Also close to watsons.

Very Nice place

This was a real find on Trip.com! It was a really discreet place, maybe a bit away from the center of the city but nestled in a rather homey part of Tuguegarao. As a traveler, I kinda like the vibe of peace, just after a long trip. The hotel has all the right amenities. It was agreat stay.

The place is accessible  got the room for only 1k for 2 people which is great. The whole place is clean and well-maintained. My only concern is the lack of vanity kits And drinking water and the noise outside the building (cars, people in street can be heard in the room) but overall a very good place to stay within the city.

The hotel unfortunately hadn’t received my reservation details. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me not only during my original booking, but also for another 2 nights after my flight was cancelled. I can’t thank the hotel staff enough for looking after me, especially as a stranded, solo, female traveller. The hotel is located right next to the airport & has a rooftop that has an excellent view of the island. I understand the building is due to be renovated but the highlight was definitely the hospitality of the employees. If I’m in Batanes again, I will definitely stay here again.
