If balak nyo gumala sa tagaytay at naghahanap ng mura pero maganda at madaling puntahan na staycation, ok dito sa SMDC WIND RESIDENCES. Along the highway lang at madaming dumadaan na Jeep, Bus at Tric na pwede mo sakyan if byahe ka. Madaming kainan at Coffee Shop sa tapat, malapit sa Sky Ranch na pwedeng lakarin. If need mo mag grocery merong malapit na SM Hypermarket at Robinson Supermarket. Malinis yung room, merong lutuan gaya ng rice cooker, microwave at electric kettle, meron na din baso, plato, kutsara at tinidor. Meron din TV at aircon. Wala lang Wifi yung Room na nakuha ko pero ok lang dahil malakas naman ang mobile signal. Yung Chairs nga lang medyo mauga na, sira din yung ilang drawer, walang sabitan ng damit at towel sa banyo. Hindi rin masyado nakagala noong time na yun dahil umuulan pero goods parin yung stay namin. Over all worth it yung Stay namin. Sulit din yung discounted booking dito sa Tip.com app 😍

We stayed at Regency 2. We had no trouble with cleanliness. Everything was clean and the location was good. There was a Mcdonald’s right beside the hotel and we were one ride away from SM Molino and SM Bacoor. A complain that I have is that the bathtub was unusable as the drain is open with no lid or option to close.

The place is very convenient. Located just before Sta. Rosa/Tagaytay Road coming from Manila. Budget friendly too of you are looking for a quick overnight stay. Wifi is good, fast and very reliable available 24/7. The place is situated near on almost all the beautiful places in Tagaytay and nearby Batangas and Cavite. We have a great stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.

Perfect for couples. The place's so clean, friendly staff, peaceful and quiet place.

My 2nd time here. Only booked 1 day pero since avail ang room ulit we extended for the 2nd day and tuloy tuloy lang checked in no need umalis ulit. Very accomodating ang staff.

The de luxe room was fine, but there's no fridge in the room.Comes with free breakfast but not a lot of choices.When we checked in they asked if what breakfast would we like to have the following morning,my husband chose a sandwich and they said ok since sandwiches are part of their free breaky.But end up receiving a call the following morning telling us that there's no available sandwiches. The worst thing is we didn't sleep properly because of the noises from other guest,there were slamming the door at midnight, knocking and yelling to their rooms,obviously because they dont have spare key.A kid screaming and crying at 2am and throwing tantrums to the parents,and parents just ignored him and let the kid do whatever he wants.It felt like we were not in a hotel but in a market .It's very noisy at night. In short the guest can just do whatever they want eventhough it was in the middle of the night the cause disruption to other guests.The hotel should inform their guest to be aware of not making so much noise most especially if it is late at night already. Salute to the guard on duty,his service was very good.
