Travel with family. Have a luxurious surprise birthday party for your mother. It was quite fun. I am grateful that all the staff were able to cooperate. It became an unforgettable memory of my mother. All the staff are kind. This is a recommended hotel. The rice is also delicious. The scenery is very beautiful.

Great service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.

I arrived in Tacloban from Manila at 7am, and even though I arrived before 8am, the hotel allowed me to check in without any problems. I was sleep-deprived, so I was able to take a nap at the hotel after arriving, which I was grateful for. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was able to stay for 5 days. There was a 7-Eleven next door, and many fast food restaurants in the area, so it was convenient. This is one hotel I would like to use again on my next business trip.

A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located above ground, and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. The fresh water dispenser, Wifi, and air-conditioning were all very welcome! Hot showers would be welcome. This is an excellent Hotel to use as a central base for exploring the entire island of Biliran, be that the surrounding mini-islands, rice-terraces, waterfalls, mountains, and/or volcanos. Most forms of transport are available from the adjacent port.

I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in naval! The staff was amazing, friendly, provided excellent service and treated me and my girlfriend like family! Clean, hot showers, great air-conditioning, everything we asked fir was done immediately. We even had hot showers, wifi and electricity during a brownout!! I will always book here when in naval!! WOW this place was not OK for us. Covid was over. Stayed in pricy hotels in Tacloban no need for paperwork about covid for months. This place was still on the covid glad we brought the paperwork. I rented this place by accident! Was looking for different Red Doors hotel. Staff ok, Place was nasty. The owners Worried about covid but rooms not truly cleaned in years. If you touched a wall in the room it was gross, and you had to go to bathroom and wash your hands. On the good side cheap if you lost power and this place had power the air conditioning and fan set up were GREAT. Pool children could have a blast till your power was back. Out in the middle of no place Tacloban but we did get rides to city.

The location is very convenient I always use this hotel every time I come to Ormoc, some how this time the service is not very good, no towel provided in the room. I called to give us towel and she give me only 1 piece as she said they still doing laundry 9 Pm at night. And they knows that it was booked for 2 person.

A very nice room with a fridge and big jug of filtered drinking water. Told we could order dinner from the extensive menu only to be informed our choices weren't available. This was disappointing as too late to get much other food in the neighborhood. The staff were lovely and most helpful. All in all a nice stay for 2 nights.

This is an overall very nice and pleasant resort hotel. I can highly recommend it. The owner and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for your money. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Its a wonderfull and private place to stay. Liezel and her family make you feel at home for sure. Their space was meant to be a school but luckilly, got a new purpose. Big rooms with a personal feel to it. The big bright main room breathes a relaxing air. And you will feel right away at home and relaxed in this amazing place. Its also a safe place for your children. I have 3 and they really got well along with Liezel's daughters, who are two sunshines and very open and kind. They even kept a watchfull eye on our baby. I'll be safe to leave this place, but I will come back in the future for sure . . .
