I would like to share my excellent experience with Mel from Gemstones. From the moment I booked until check-in and check-out, Mel was incredibly accommodating and attentive. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and truly pleasant. The room look exactly same with the one i booked it is very comfortable & really nice to live in. For those who are looking budget, convenient this is the room that you should book. There has to be self check in but every block has diff lobby so please pay attention to the block and what shore you are in.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly option. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great value, and the best feature was undoubtedly the free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Highly recommended for travelers with an early flight.

Hotel staff was friendly. They let me leave my bags with the front desk after check out while I went out to explore the local area. They also lent me an umbrella.

The place was clean and nice, good location and view! The stay was good, comfortable bed and I had all necessities. Just to know: The pool is not good…super cold, nobody rests there. Gym seemed ok. I couldn’t order breakfast (trip.com had info that breakfast is available for additional payment). And there is no storage room for a luggage.

The room is clean and has lot to offer especially if you are staying with friends or family. There are things that u can use for your comfort, like those in need for cooking. 100+ smile factor for the owner's kindness and responsiveness. The location is good and calming to mind. Though A TINY BIT hard to find/accesss, the staff (including gate guards) and host went far beyond expectations to accomodate my arrival and check-in. The faciity is lovely and secluded from nearby busy streets, and the unit is charming, well appointed, and immaculately clean. Hostess Dwainne is a 5-star host. A definite re-book

Great location, near Venice Grand Canal and a minutes away to BGC Highstreet. It is very quiet place and alot of shops nearby. The host responds immediately if you have any questions. Overall, it was a good stay.

The placr is well kept, spacious and has all the amenities you need for a quick break, staycation. Highly recommend to stay here.

Shabarry was detailed and very accommodating, even granting our last-minute request for an early check-in. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
