Sometimes the staff was very kind and helpful and sometimes rigid and hard.
There is no kitchen or refrigerator to accommodate customers.
The bedrooms are very small and the beds are noisy.
On 6 beds, both of the center have no take or light.
No serviette or soap provided.
Healthcare is far from the bedrooms.
The toilets were running and there was always water on the floor.
No air conditioning, no ventilator and the boxes are not barriered.
To finish on a positive note it was clean and the architecture of this old building is beautiful.

The location of the hostel in views of the Bucht of Praia da Vitória is very good. The rooms are clean and lovely furnished. The service is very friendly, but not around the hour on the ground (a telephone number is still deposited). The rooms are equipped with all necessary, but quality and cleanness in the community kitchen are only provided.

A little bit far from the sea but near shopping mall with big supermarket.
Room and toilet are nice and clean.
Free breakfast is a plus with basic bread, ham, cheese, cereal, milk, coffee, hot chocolate and sometimes fruit.
Very nice and spacious common room.
No kitchen facilities is the only downside provided the expensive food options in Ponta Delgada.

Th location is just front of the beach, You can watch people to do wind surf and wing foiling within a minute walk from hostel. to supermarket and bus staion around 15 minutes walking. kitchen with well equipped. The staff was so ni e and with Informative. Provided useful information and suggestions .

The staff of the hostel were so friendly and helpful. They were informative. The building itself has had history before. Staff provided good suggestions for my travel plan. If the hostel has a kitchen, it will be perfect.If I travel Pico again , I must stay here again

Facilities: The shower head has a perfect water output, hahaha; the air conditioner is very cool! Service: The staff is very nice and enthusiastic; the breakfast is also very rich Hygiene: Clean Environment: Very quiet; a little distance from the center, but not far; I went there alone, and felt relatively safe; I also met a French guy who spoke pretty good English, hahahaha, and we had a pleasant chat for a while
