Guest UserEverything was generally in place and clean. Shared bathroom and toilet was surprisingly decent. Reception was not the nicest person though.
Called to ask for door lock keypad code and the reception was rude andblamed me for not checking my emails and SMS which I checked multiple times and over a period of 2hours did not receive any new emails. Up till leaving Norrkoping, I did not receive any new emails with keypad code through emails or SMS. Suggest to provide better training for receptions.

Humble (a little metal floor bed), besides clean, good, nice service, the possibility of using a pool, good location.
