UD Capital Hotel

Have booked a room for 3 nights there. Me and my girfriend arrived at the hotel in the evening with heavy legs after long journey, then we walked in for check-in. The receptionist wasn't really pay attention at all. No eye contact when speaking to us. She told us that all rooms are fully booked and did not let us stay during that evening. How come?? The woman asked us to stay at the other hotel (UD residence sister hotel) and did not confirmed whether the room will be free the day after or not. We went to the other hotel as she asked us to do so. Moreover, the quality of the room was bad compared to what we've booked. Then the night was gone. We came back to UD Capital in the morning. Different receptionist this time. We asked about the room again. and what surprised me the most was that ”the room was free yesterday and how come they put you in different hotel?” she said. And I was thinkig to myself yeahhhh We are the one who should ask you this question. Finally, we gotten to stay at UD Capital for the rest of 2 nights left. I do understand that not everyone is going to be in the same situation as mine but I write this review just to help member of staffs in the evening time that service complaints is normal and and each one should be taken seriously for the sake of guests as front-desk is the face of the hotel. So my all in all experience with the hotel is bad. Not gonna go there again. However, the location was okay.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The standard rooms are basic, no frills, but a very good value. Included are wardrobe (with safe box), desk, large bed (average comfort), fridge, modern TV, small but functional bathroom, and a balcony with sink. There is no kettle in the standard room, but in the lobby they have a kettle and sell nescafe, quick noodles, water, beer, etc. Wifi was average, cut out a few times. Daytime staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful! Location is outstanding, a short walk to Central Plaza and two night markets, and many food, bar, and massage options are steps away. There are washing machines in the car park area, which came in handy. It is true, as some have pointed out, that the loudspeakers (9AM-9PM) from Central Plaza are annoying, but with the door shut and AC on, it's a minor issue. I plan to return here for my next visit.

Very cheap, good value for money If you just find a place to sleep for a few hours and then go about your business. It's very worthwhile. In the room, you can clearly hear the sound of the room next to you. The mattress is comfortable. The bathroom is ok, the air conditioner is cool and comfortable, the room doesn't smell musty. Overall, it's good value for the price.

Convenient and simple stay. We stayed here for a 2nd times. Easy to get here and just a walking distance to Nong Prajak park and we just walk from the hostel to get a street foods and nearby convenience store. This time we book two nights and they have only twin beds left which is good for us. Small simple and clean . We recommend.

Com and decided to contact the guest house via Facebook, they replied and answered my questions very quickly so I decided to have a change, I was so happy to find this place, lovely room, spotless, a very friendly and warm family, breakfast was simple, good and well presented. Bed was good quality, high quality fittings in bathroom. Fresh water and towels, endless cups of tea/coffee/chocolate.very close to 7-11 and tesco etc, Fantastic value for money.. The Cape Hotel

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. I like it, but the problem is that they don't replace the water because we stayed for 2-3 nights. The room still has old, torn marks on the ceiling. It's beautiful, but the service should be good. They should change the towels and bring water. This is the only complaint. Other things are okay. The lights are bright and not dark. It looks good and quiet.

It was nice because it was well cleaned. However, the lighting was weak and the room was pitch black. (There was a light by the bed.) The shared space was bright, but there was no air conditioning, so it was hot. This time I was the only guest, so it was fine, but I think you'll have to be careful when it's crowded.
