"The entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there.
The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling"

DDarDar BinxI came back to Eskisehir to get a new tattoo, and of course, I had to stay here again. I love the bright, clean rooms and the great art work all over the hostel. The location is perfect for exploring the city and close to the downtown core. The staff are very nice and helpful.

GGuest UserEl hotel es nuevo, se ve que está hecho muy rápido, con poco cuidado por los detalles y poca calidad, algunas bombillas no funcionaban, las mesitas de noche tenían suciedad y líquidos de los anteriores ocupantes, el agua d la ducha se salía, las sabanas estaban lavadas pero no limpias tampoco planchadas. Aún así por el precio que pagamos 28€ por una noche me parece razonable.

GGuest UserIt was good, the internet wasn't bad, this price was very good. The wallpapers were clean. The worker friend wouldn't have to clean 2 times the night, it doesn't matter me, but may be those who are disturbed.

GGuest UserThe room we kept through the application was very dirty and bad. Although there was a non-smoking room, it was smoke six. The lady at the reception has changed our room and apologised. The shower head was broken and it was very difficult to take a shower. There was no champagne in the room. There was no shampoo. But take your coat while you're going.
