The hotel is in a good location, with shopping nearby. It is convenient to check in. Two bottles of water are provided. Cash can be used as a deposit, which is easy to refund. The room has a heater, which is warm. The bedding is clean and comfortable. Recommended!
When booking a room, you need to pay a security deposit. The amount is the same as the room price. When you arrive at the hotel, you have to pay the room fee. After checking out, why is it that you are told that the security deposit will be refunded within 40 days? In addition, the hotel Wi-Fi signal is very poor
Facilities: Very complete, the refrigerator is big, the room is big, and the wardrobe has a full-length mirror, which I like
Cleaning: I stayed for three nights and they came to clean the room every day, which was not bad
Breakfast was also okay, relatively rich.
The overall feeling is pretty good. Simple, clean and unified design. Opposite is a large Wal-Mart supermarket. It is very convenient for self-driving shopping. Both beds here are 1.5m. It is very convenient to travel and stay with children. I will come again.
GGuest UserIt is safer because there are residential areas around Koreatown. It is very convenient to walk to Korean restaurants and small shops such as massage and nail art in 1 minute. There are also Korean supermarkets H Mart and Korean shopping malls Korean Plaza around. I like to visit Kpop related stores the most.
I have lived here for a long time, made friends, and left very good memories that I will never forget.
LLaurent ZhengTransition hotel, very recommended, the price is too high.
5 minutes drive from the airport, inform the flight in advance, 11 o'clock to pick up the plane on time, very convenient. Hotel room facilities are basically the same as domestic home, very clean, no disposable toothbrush, remember to bring your own. Breakfast is very good, the top floor infinity pool is also very good, think about 200/yuan one night hotel, domestic should not find such a supporting facilities, suitable for the first day and the last day of transition, close your eyes
GGuest UserI like the bedroom everything look clean and comfortable to sleep. I was able to sleep well. Thank you! Would recommend this place I hope to come back again!..
KKwokThe hotel itself has a perfect location and it is accessible to everything you need. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and easy access to everything. When it comes to the room not that spacious but still cozy and relaxing vibes in addition to that is the bed and pillows is very comfortable . And it has a variety or restaurants inside of the hotel where u can choose from. And my most awaited to try is the pool it is gorgeous, stunning views. Overall experience is excellent.
AAnonymous UserI received the warmest welcome from the front desk folks when I arrived. It was 1 a.m. due to a flight delay, and they were energetic and lovely. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to Ovation in the heart of the action, and I felt safe walking to and from the hotel early in the morning and after dark (10 p.m.) because the area is so active. The lobby and my room were very clean. There are several vending machines with lots of options, but none accepted cards, so be sure to have some cash (which I never have). The laminate wood flooring in my room was in desperate need of replacement, but the bed, furniture, and bathroom were spotless. The hallway leading to the rooms was also in need of TLC, and it was noisy at all hours (as was my room). The hotel was fine for my short stay. I am a very seasoned traveler and did my research so I knew what to expect. I definitely got what I paid for. However, it did feel a bit sketchy at times. I heard questionable noises coming from some of the rooms and ran into a few unsavory individuals. I wouldn't recommend it for other solo travelers, particularly those who identify as female. I practiced all my solo travel safety techniques during this stay, so just be prepared if you do stay there.
Ddown to earthDid a last minute booking. Well worth the value. Near the LAX airport and there is a free shuttle to/fro airport - there is no need to reserve. Just go to the correct berth and wait for it. The room is well appointed and great for a good night sleep before flying out again the next morning. Breakfast was ok and much appreciated.
PPeterPlus: This is a good, clean, classic highway motel. Check-in went smoothly and the desk clerk was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, of good size. The bed was super-comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep!
The hotel is in Victorville a small city in California's ”High Desert”, which is known as a way-point on the famous ”Route 66” which many decades ago was the major road connecting America's mid-west to its far west. Victorville is also the home town of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans who had a famous cowboy TV show long ago.
Minus: Lots of highway noise. But the most negative thing about the motel is that it is impossible to contact the hotel itself by telephone to confirm issues such as late arrival. Booking companies deliberately hide the true contact information, redirecting customers to an overseas call center that knows nothing about the hotel and is heavily accented to the point that communication was virtually impossible. Although an internet search brings up a phone number from several different sources, that phone number is no longer for the hotel, and gets answered by someone who is clearly tired of telling people that the phone number is NOT for the motel.
In the end a family member who lives in a nearby town had to stop by and talk to the front desk in person.
To add further confusion, the hotel goes by various names: ”Hotel Avenida”, ”Quality Inn”, and ”Oyo Rooms”. (This last name appears to be the result of its recent acquisition by the notorious south Asian Hotel group. Sadly this probably means service degradation will follow)
Good customer service is all about ”the people”. It is dependent on positive contact between a business's staff and customers. The policies of companies like Oyo that work to destroy human contact help ensure bad customer service.
GGuest UserHealth is OK, but the fragrance of the room is very heavy, and the overall environment is general, there is a bar downstairs, so there will be noise at night, but parking is convenient, close to Hollywood Boulevard, breakfast is provided, but there is bread, the Chinese are estimated to be difficult to accept that taste ~
