Just as the reviews said, it was like arriving at a castle. The hotel grounds are expansive with beautiful flowers, making you feel so happy. The shuttle service is also very prompt. Breakfast is served in an astonishing, palace-like setting, and everything is delicious. The gentleman at the front desk was also wonderful. All in all, the service is so good that five stars aren't enough.

Hotel service is very good, hotel facilities are very new, room space is large. Breakfast is good and the environment is very good. The rooftop view is better than the upper city wall. Go to the attractions, the small shops are very close.

The service was excellent, and the room was incredibly clean and beautiful!
What I personally appreciated was the conditioner provided as an amenity. My hair was damaged from living in a dry region, so I was truly grateful.
The view from the terrace was fantastic. It was also very conveniently located near the ticket counter.
The breakfast was delicious, and I ended up eating quite a lot! I would definitely like to stay here again. I highly recommend it for female travelers.

In the ancient city, close to the east gate, more than one kilometer away from the east gate road is the train station, a very quiet place, worthy of this price, you can walk to various attractions.

The desk staff was very friendly.
They had a water fountain that lets you refill your bottle.
Overall this hotel is decent. It was within the old city so all tourist sites were within walking distance.
Clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

The hotel's location is very convenient – it's in the old town, not right in the center, but on the outskirts, yet it's a 3-minute walk to the center. Because of this location, the hotel is quite quiet. We were given a room with a balcony on the second floor, which had a wonderful view of the old town. However, the room and bathroom were very small, and the bed linens were fresh and new. The breakfast was meager and cold, but quite tasty. There was no coffee beans. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful views of the city.

1. I didn't like: the address is wrong here!! The address of the Caravan MedCenter, the difference is 5 km. It was cool to take a taxi back-to-back. Change to the correct address.
2.Sold mattress. 3. Part of staff does not speak English or Russian.
3. A strange situation with the pool that is, but it is paid after 12-00, then already booked someone(something), but if you pay - you can swim. Total: Want to swim and stop for 1 day= pay.
4. Tight wallpaper from the USSR.
5. The prepaid monthly number questioned the payment, but (already plus), said they would deal with the accountant themselves.

1 Oh, cheerful breakfast, it was too bad to enjoy. It's very, very cool!!

It's a new hotel, so it's really clean. Breakfast is served individually, but it feels like being treated. It's not in the ichang collar, but it's only 5 minutes from the main **t (semen). There is also a supermarket right in front of you. The host is friendly too. Best value for money!
