I booked the whole hotel for my wedding guests who were travelling from Canada. There were 65 of us and the hotel management team and staff were so so helpful, accommodating and kind. The hotel has an amazing restaurant with incredible food, the pool was big and always clean, the rooms were beautiful, the greenery was lovely. Nothing bad to say at all about the hotel or my stay, everyone enjoyed themselves greatly! Thank you so much to the staff for an amazing week stay

The hotel is beautiful. The pictures of what it looks like are true but the service is just horrific. There was no real reception for us, not even water offered. We reserved a villa that had no type of welcome note of anything. It was just a basic house. We had no way to communicate with the front desk the first night not even the security guard was able to and we had to walk up the hill to get to them when we got there no apology just well the phone lines aren't working. BTW the ”Villa: is just a house in a community behind the Resort it isn't actually a part of the resort. There was no welcome note, no list of services or activities. The food servers were rude and bothered for anything that was asked. We waited 40 minutes for our food the kids were asleep by the time the food got there and were still expected to paay even though our meals were already paid for ahead of time. One of the guest food was forgotten not once but twice. Truly I could go on and on it was bad. I will say that the area is a good place to visit out side of the resort everyone was very friendly.
