I went to Clubmed in Aibion in Maoqiu many years ago, and I have always wanted to go to other places, but I never had the chance. This time, I drove to another place on my own during the holiday!
Service: Clubmed What I have always remembered most is the service. The enthusiasm and smiles of the GOs are really deep in my heart, but I was still very disappointed this time, mainly two things:
1. At the beginning, the GO did greet us at the door, but because we drove ourselves, we found that the gas was not enough when we arrived at the resort and wanted to refuel. When we came back from refueling, the introduction was over. We were asked to sit and wait for a while and someone would take us to the room and introduce the resort facilities. Because we did the same thing when we were in Maoqiu before, we waited and waited until a GO came and told us that the room card was a bracelet. After helping us put it on, we asked us to scan a QR code and said that the facilities and activities were inside. The room is in building x, just go straight. As a result, we were not familiar with it and could only ask all the way (the security guards inside were very good and enthusiastic!! I have to praise them here), and then all the facilities and activities tonight became self-service. . . .
2. Because we checked out at 10 o'clock, we didn't want to go back to get our luggage, so we wanted to leave our luggage in the lobby before we had dinner. As a result, he kept asking us to pay MYR6 (this is understandable), and then he confirmed various details. We two mothers waited there for half an hour with empty stomachs (there were only two of us in the lobby at that time, and we told him that we didn't have breakfast and were very hungry). In fact, we just wanted to leave it for breakfast. Finally, we learned that we didn't need to take our luggage by ourselves, and they would help us move it. But because we went to refuel, no one took us to the room later, so we didn't know! This is really disappointing.
But the GOs' activities at night are still good, especially the pool show and white dress dance on the first night. The children had a lot of fun!
Facilities: The facilities are still very complete. Although they are a bit old, they are well maintained.
Hygiene: To be honest, for a person with obsessive-compulsive disorder, I have no hope for the hygiene of hotels in Malaysia. This hotel can only be said to be okay.
1. There are actually stains on the sheets (I don't understand why the hotels here don't throw away such stained sheets)! People with obsessive-compulsive disorder bring their own travel sheets like me!
2. The room smells musty (no way, the humidity is high at the seaside)
But the bugs are not bad. I was afraid of a few bugs when they brought water in on the first night, but they were gone the next day!
Environment: It is really primitive. You can see monkeys, geckos and other animals on the road! Don't feed the monkeys casually, and don't hold food in your hands for fear that they will snatch things!
This trip was generally okay except for the little unpleasantness during check-in and check-out. The children said they would come to Club Med again next time. See you in Bali next time😂
Outstanding
