In the complex: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 400 m, supermarket 1.7 km, bus stop "Hôtel de Ville" 1 km, thermal baths "Thalazur" 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.9 km. Please note: no lift. Note: restaurants on the ground floor of the residence. Access to the villa via a few steps. 2-room apartment 55 m2 on 2nd floor, north-west facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower/WC. Kitchen (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm, no lift.
