We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort.
The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

I didn’t feel like leaving! This place is a gem. It’s nestled on top of a small hill with mind blowing views. The room (Joglo 5) had spectacular views from the balcony and was very well equipped. It was clean, comfortable, bright, and spacious. The infinity pool and restaurant were the icing on the cake. Beautiful sunsets and vibe! Service was also excellent - thanks to Wilma, RV, Maggie, Lemer, Geo, Lester, Ellen, the Chef, and all others!

We stayed four nights at Casalay Boutique Villas and Dive and overall had a wonderful experience.
The location is truly special – stunning views, beautifully designed villas, a very well-kept property, and breathtaking sunsets by the pool or from the terrace. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a luxurious getaway.
Be aware that getting there can be a bit tricky. Buses from Manila to Batangas City run regularly, but the last ferry departs at 4 PM. Make sure to plan your trip accordingly – we ran into some issues because of this.
The food is more expensive than local options, but very clean and easily adaptable to vegetarian needs. While the vegetarian menu is limited, the manager was very accommodating and open to adjustments, which we truly appreciated.
There are plenty of activities: a paid boat transfer to Secret Bay, trips to Sabang, diving, massages, and more. Just keep in mind to clarify whether you book activities through the hotel or third-party providers, as prices can vary and surcharges are common.
Some small downsides: our room was only cleaned on two of the four days, which didn’t meet the highest hygiene standards, and the beach could be a little cleaner.
Still, we had a very enjoyable stay. The combination of friendly staff, beautiful setting, and unique location makes this hotel highly recommendable.

First off, the man running the place is AMAZING. He was so friendly throughout the stay, carried our bags up, helped whenever we needed. We even left items there and he kept them for us. If the review was purely about the service we received, it would be a 10/10.
The accommodation is actually in a really cool spot, it’s on the beach so at high tide you need to walk through a bit of water to come in. But very scenic and nice.
The accommodation itself is fine. A little dated and could do with a few small fixes. Water pressure isn’t the best. But overall it added to a rustic feel.

About Anitsa Resort, we loved it! Perfect hotel that makes your stay in El Nido warm and cozy! Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but every day the menu surprises you with a delicious new option, we absolutely loved it! All the amenities worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They even assisted us with renting tours and bikes to explore the city.
The resort is about 15 minutes from the center, but the location is perfect for visiting all the beaches around El Nido. If we ever return, we would love to stay at Anitsa Resort again!

Guest UserThe place is beautiful—the kind you would want to come back to. The staff are kind and accommodating. It’s very relaxing, especially if you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind or escape the noise of the city. The sea is enjoyable both in the morning and at night. We will definitely come back here. The swimming pool is also clean.
The road going down is a bit steep, but it’s manageable by motorcycle, and passengers can walk since there are stairs available. The place is clean overall, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We had the most amazing time at Ananda House. The villa was absolutely beautiful and very luxurious. We hired a moped from the man who owns the shop at the end of road which was really helpful for getting into town, only an easy 10 minute drive. Lovely to be away from the centre of town but still very convenient location. Thank you so much

The service is superb. Though the location is very far from town. We ride a van and a boat to reach the hotel. If you want to do island hopping you need to ride a boat and a van to town again.
