Although it was a soft opening, we were able to relax in a wonderful villa. The staff were all very kind. The pool and supermarket are just a short walk away. They will take you to the nearby night market and breakfast area in a cart. The villa is three stories tall, so it was a little difficult to carry suitcases, and although the master bedroom is on the third floor, my elderly mother chose a room on the second floor. However, it was really comfortable for the three of us to each have our own private room and shower. I also liked that the grab bar came right to the front of the villa so we could wait comfortably in the living room. I recommend it.

Not much English spoken, so brace yourself to rely on Google Translate, which they seem very keen on. The rooms are a good standard, good size, very well maintained, and clean, but the customer service experience is a little random. We specifically booked a twin, as the booking App clearly offered double, or twin options, for myself and business partner, and were given a double as we checked in. They insisted this was all they had, until I clarified that we were leaving, and then they gave the twin that we had booked. When we extended to stay an extra 2 nights, they insisted they must move us to 2 connecting double rooms, costing double, as the twin was not available for the extra nights, but after sleeping one night I noticed my bed was actually 2 singles pushed together and made up as a double, so we did not need the second room at all, they had lied about the availability to make us pay for 2 rooms, instead of 1. They also chain a gate across the scooter park at midnight, so you have to climb over the side gate to wake the security guy to unlock it, but the island seems very safe, scooters are left everywhere else, so it's just inconvenient.

The villa is new and not far from the white sand beach and Sunset Town. You can rent a motorcycle to get around. Amie, the housekeeper, is super nice. She helps rent motorcycles and helps us find taxis when we go to far away places. The price is cheaper than taxi-hailing apps hahaha. She even helps us buy raincoats when it rains. The villa is very suitable for friends or big families to travel. I will come again next time if I have the opportunity! !
