Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere. Let's Go Travel and Boat Lantern Tour—this is the English address I got from the taxi fare shown to me based on the Vietnamese address provided by the shop owner.

I absolutely loved this Han River night cruise! We booked for a Saturday to catch the Dragon Bridge fire show, and it was absolutely mesmerising from the water. A standout for me was the generous plate of assorted fresh fruits—most other cruises only serve watermelon, so this was a great surprise! I also really appreciated the authentic Champa dance performance; it was refreshing to hear traditional music and see traditional attire instead of the usual loud pop songs found elsewhere. The entire process was flawless, from the easy ticket redemption at the counter to the smooth embarking and disembarking. Safety on board was clearly a priority too. I'll definitely be choosing this cruise again on my next trip to Da Nang!

I initially thought this was just a shuttle bus transport, but it is also a tour. We were picked up at around 8AM so we thought we would arrive by 9AM, however we were dropped off at a tourism centre for a tour and arrived at around 10AM. It was super busy! Go earlier if you can. The staff at this company are very nice and great at maintaining contact throughout the tour. They get in touch with you as soon as you purchase a ticket. The conditions were not favourable at this time of year (early Feb) to see any views, but the clouds made the scene more mystical.


