Customer service was very helpful, responded quickly, and explained things clearly, allowing us to successfully purchase tickets for the desired date. Tickets are in high demand, so it's best to buy them as early as possible. The waiting area at the station was easy to find, and we completed our itinerary smoothly that day.★

We had a great time at this cooking class, it was really fun and the chef Seiji was awesome at teaching us and sharing his knowledge. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Japanese food
