Customer service was able to contact us in advance, and the day trip that included two classic attractions was excellent. The itinerary was well-planned, and the tour guide was enthusiastic, professional, and provided thorough explanations throughout.

Daniel drove us to Mt Vitosha and he was very knowledgeable about the area etc. His English was amazing and he couldn't do enough to help us. He stayed with us for a little while during our lesson as the instructor English wasn't as good as his..this helped massively. We mentioned we wanted to try bulgarian food to Daniel and he sorted this for our lunch. The skiing lessons were great and everyone was super friendly. 100% recommend.

The guide's ability to speak Italian was excellent, his skill and knowledge were shared with historical stories, advice, and suggestions. I absolutely didn't like that the entrance and visit to the Boyana Church took 6 minutes (basically, with a 6.14 cent ticket, it was 1 euro per minute). You could add pickup points, not just in front of the embassy. I contacted you several times, but it seems my system didn't support the "manage reservation" feature.
