Punctual pick-up and drop-off, small tour group, easy-to-manage guide. Sapi Island has clear water, white sand, and plenty of fish, a great place for snorkeling. Manukan Island also has clear water, but not many fish. Guide Zhihong is good. Worth the trip.★

We had an excellent time rafting on the Kiulu River! Everything was well-organized and safe. The instructors were friendly, fun, and professional, making the experience both exciting and secure. The transfer service was also great—the driver/guide was very kind, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about Borneo during the trip. The lunch provided was delicious too! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and smooth adventure.
Our rafting experience on the Kiulu River was fantastic! Everything was well-organized, safe, and fun. The instructors were friendly and humorous, making the trip easy and enjoyable. The transfer service was also excellent, and the driver/guide was very kind, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about Borneo along the way. The lunch provided was also delicious! I like it. It's a very cheap e-sync package with 2 GB of data per day for 5 days for less than 80 baht. It's a great deal. The internet is fast. If you set it to automatic internet, it will primarily use the Digi network, but I prefer My Maxis, which I find faster. Whenever I go to Malaysia and need a lot of internet, I always choose this one.★

The customer service was excellent, the itinerary was well-planned, and they provided pick-up and drop-off service with timely reminders. The scenery on Mermaid Island is unbeatable, swimming in the Jellyfish Bay is fantastic, the tour guide was very responsible, and the boat and car drivers were excellent – their skills were superb! The lunch on the island was also delicious; I ate two pieces of the fried fish!
