First impressions,looked a bit tired . But was I wrong. Staff on point at every inquiry and the two girls Megan and Lucy need an extra mention as nothing was to much trouble. Rooms spacious and very comfortable ( try for front facing , some spectacular views to be had to boot) so give it try you may be surprised

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Changing room for swimming pool is very small and has no secure locker. It needs to get updated

Western House hosted my daughter’s wedding, it was a fantastic day and very much in part to Wedding coordinator Laura, and her very professional team. Mary Jane looked after every little detail on the day including managing the Wedding party so we were in the right place at the right time, we didn’t have to think or worry about a thing. Everyone from hotel staff, waiting staff and the amazing food prepared by the top class chef’s were praised by all our guests and those with special requirements were very well catered for. The rooms in the main house are absolutely fantastic and again praised by all who stayed in them ,so too were the courtyard rooms again very well received by all who stayed overnight. A massive thank you to the hotel and can thoroughly recommend if you are planning anything from an overnight stay to a private function or wedding !!
