We had a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in kuala Lumpur. Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Everything was perfect.

The room was nice, lovely view, comfortable bed. It had a kitchen which didn’t have anything in it so you defiantly could cook a meal. There was a very small selection on plates, cups and cutlery. The shower was powerful but it never got very warm! The downside was our room in 9 days was only cleaned once, I kept having to message the man that checked us in. He brought fresh towels once and we ended up buying our own extra toilet roll.

Very convinient location connected to KSL City Mall. Room is spacious. I was assigned to the 19th floor in tower 2, but the wifi reception there was bad. No signal unless standing at the door or the closet. I had to do some work and had to go to a cafe since there wasn’t connection in my room. Told the staff about the wifi issue and she said she’ll let their IT person know… don’t think they would have immediate solution. Service staff are nice and friendly. It takes a long time to wait for the elevators since it serves so many levels. Not too much light in the room and the lights were yellow. Overall stay was decent since it served the purpose for shower, storage and sleep but I wouldn’t say it is 100% value for money that you pay. Would still book this placeif my parents are coming on the trip since it is easy to access the mall!

I booked the cheapest discount double rooms and I can't complain much. The room has a weird structure (it's at the corner, so the room is quite narrow, which I'm fine since it's cheap). If you access from Chinese sites, the description will also mention that it is near the elevators. Let's talk about the strengths It's located near to the Chengdu East Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even downstairs and open till late night. The receptionist can speak English. Let's talk about the weaknesses. The rooms are badly maintained. The paint on the wall is peeling off, the floor is dusty (luckily disposable slippers are provided), the shower door handle is moldy and the toilet smells very bad (there's no stain though). The worst part is the windows cannot be tightly shut because the rubber part is old and has hardened/came off so the wind can enter the room through the leaking part. The temperature of the shower has to be manually adjusted every few minutes because it suddenly turns very cold or very hot. Also, the room is not located next to normal elevators, but service lifts and also next to the workers' room. Therefore, aside from the announcement from the train station, you'll also hear the workers talking outside the room. I have to emphasise that I'm reviewing the discount doubles. The other more expensive rooms might be well-maintained but I can't comment on that.

The best thing about this hotel is that you can easily walk to and from the airport. (After checking-out of the hotel, I carried my small suitcase and walked. It only took me 15 minutes to the airport.) When you arrive at the airport, go straight to Exit 6 on the ground floor, and you will see the staircases to go up to the bridge for pedestrians. After crossing the very busy motorways via the bridge, look for a large golden dome of the temple, Wat Dong Muang. You cannot miss it. Then, you will find Seven-Eleven, too. Once you locate Wat Dong Muang and Sevel-Eleven, your Google map can tell where you need to go. By the way, Wat Dong Muang is definitely worth visiting. Along the main street there are a lot of local restaurants, and I saw many people who work for the airport eat lunch and evening meal there. I really loved such local Thai atmosphere!

First time staying in Somerset Rama 9 as per my friend’s recommendation. The amenities in the executive room is perfect! It has everything I need. The breakfast can be improved though. The noodle section, pastries section and cooking egg section is good but the cooked food is not that interesting. My 2.5 years old love the children play room. Overall I and my family had a great stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the grand and beautiful lobby, and our rooms that were actually service apartments. We had a small kitchen & the room was relatively spacious. Everything was new and you can even chromecast onto the TV which we love. They had a gym and a pool on the 39th floor which was amazing. Their gym is well-equipped and had ample equipment that were up-to date. However, we just had 2 issues during our stay. Upon checking in, our room had a trail of ants, to which front desk attended to by sweeping them away. Throughout our stay, the ants kept reappearing but it wasn't too horrible for us. On our last night was when things got worse. We had been out the entire morning, when all of a sudden we came home to a giant yellow SOLID blob in our bathroom sink. It had also emerged from the drain next to the toilet bowl. We were so confused as to where it could have come from. We asked front desk for assistance but it proved difficult to remove. They surmised it could have possibly been something emerging from the piping. They suggested changing our rooms. Considering we had to leave at 7am the next morning and it was already 11pm at that point, we found it to be a hassle. We still hadn't packed our stuff and it was so inconvenient that this had to happen to us. Otherwise, the stay would have been a 10/10 for us because the location was near all the hip areas!

No complaint at all, reasonable price with excellent service. Location makes exploring Dongmen laoji within walking distance. Subway exit F is just a few steps from the Service apartment. The only drawback was no elevator going up 3 set of steps at the exit to street level making carrying luggage a challenge. The gymnasium on level 9 was well equipped. We will consider staying at the CM+ again.

Amazing service and Amazingly clean. When I was reading the reviews during my search of this place, there were suspiciously lots of comments about how clean it was. After 2 nights at Journee, I have to say the same thing. Great location, Excellent housekeeping service! Amazingly helpful and friendly staff! Breakfast was great with exceptionally good coffee! I would definitely book again when I come back. Tips: Use Wechat (won't hurt you to download and use it) to directly communicate with the front desk, ask for rooms on the other side of the road construction to avoid noise, breakfast might be too small for some people but there are plenty places nearby to get what you want in the morning.

Low reviews for location because the title in English misleads customers. This hotel is not at the high speed rail station itself. I made the mistake of booking it without checking specific details. It was right at 燕南 station which was 4 stops away from high speed rail station. When staying here, think HK standards where apartments way nicer in photos than real life. Room cleaning needs to be more thorough but for this price in SZ where things are as expensive as HK, can’t really ask for more. I would say ok for local tourists but international tourists take note.

We stayed at this place for a week and it was an amazing experience. The room was very comfortable for the three of us. It was equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenette, toaster, and kettle. A small dining and living room complemented the apartment, which were separated from the master room by sliding doors. The pool and the gym were well-equipped. The location could not have been better. The building is located close to the main tourist attractions of the Pudong area and only a couple of meters from a metro station.

Con: 1. The room smelted smoke when I opened the door as I wasn’t aware that guests are allowed to smoke in the room so I didn’t request a non-smoking room. 2. The drain was somehow blocked as the sinking trench was filled with water very quickly but took very long time to drain. 3 There was a pile of water by the bath tub when I checked in, which may link to the drainage issue. Pro: The room was spacious and perfectly satisfied our needs. The sea view was gorgeous from the main room and the living room. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive and welcoming. You can order takeout and they will be delivered by robots. The location is excellent and not far from the subway and Qingdao Railway Station. The building itself is part of the evening light show, which is awesome. I’d recommend it to anyone in spite of the issues encountered.
