Clean and tidy with lovely receptionists, especially Adele who always made sure I had everything I needed and made sure to greet me on the way out and when I came back. Would recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Great hotel for any Bolton wanderers fans as their stadium is only down the road

Being a Bolton fan I was very excited to get the opportunity to stay here for a concert in Wigan. On arrival from the north of Scotland we were 2 hours early. We went to see if we could check in early, this was granted as the room had been made up. Made our way to the pitch view room and was delighted. Having checked in we managed to explore the stadium surroundings and visit the club shop. Although I was very happy with the room it did look a little dated and in need of some tlc but again this did not take away from my experience. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was my son’s birthday so he got the double bed and I got the pull out zedbed which was fine for a night, my son said he slept well. My only negative is that although the breakfast selection was varied and good the hot food was lukewarm at best.
