I visited Taj Skyline with my family for my birthday. We were greeted with a very nice celebration in our room. All staff was very welcoming and helpful and made sure our stay was beautiful and special. Mr. Gaurav Rathod personally looked after all our needs while we were there and treated us with utmost care and respect. We had a beautiful and delicious private dinner and breakfast. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much!

The rooms were damp due to rainy weather, especially at night, we had 3 rooms of which one was dripping condensation from the ceiling and another had a damp bed. We were advised that one room would be changed, however when we got back the room had not been changed, the manager then called the staff member at his home at night to find out why, whilst we were made to wait another 30 minutes for them to allocate us another room, very poor management and accountability for poor service. On final day the hot water system for whole hotel was down so everyone had a like warm shower. We are back in Ahmedabad in 10 days to fly back home, have already booked another hotel, never to return here again. One positive is that the day time security guard tried his best to make things right, however the management certainly need to step up and take responsibility and more importantly accountability, rather than blaming the online booking system for them not being able to do anything.

In this city, there are just a few hotels that have gotten up. The two Hyatts are not too old or there are no nearby ones. Lishao is quite good, but there is no supermarket nearby, or the old Hyatt location is good, there is a shopping mall nearby. Bathroom facilities are good, breakfast is safe, location is convenient, next time you still have to live here.

My time at Four points was nothing short of perfection. The ambiance, facilities, dining, and most importantly the staff all contributed to an unforgettable stay. The staff attentiveness and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area. Specially Mr.A**** were quick to accommodate special dietary request. Location is quite ok. A big mall beside the hotel. However, the amenities in the rooms are all very old. Breakfast spread is quite limited & don't look appetizing. Room cleaning service quite haphazard; cleared the used body wash and hair conditioner but did not replaced with new ones; threw away my opened package of salt left in the desk.

In the evening, I lined up next to the morning and after 3 o'clock in the morning, I called the front desk and complained twice. I didn't see the result. When I checked out the next day, they habitually asked if they lived well. I said it was not good. Noisy, and no one is dealing with it. Others are OK. At the end of the day, there are about 100 RMB of self-selected meals. Even if there is no difference between breakfast and breakfast, I don’t understand what it means. The restaurant on the top floor is basically not what our Chinese like to eat. There is no need to go. The place where Indians are forced to press. Room facilities are very good.

The service from the front desk staff was good. I was waiting with a smile, so it was easy to ask questions. The pool was nice too. It seems that there are times when the staff is not there, so I think you should check it. The restaurant was good, but it might be better to ask how much Japanese food is. It took a long time because they provided creative dishes, and it took more money than I thought. Although it was delicious.

Hotel is well located with good parking space. Reception, Dining, House keeping staff are good and very helpful. Navo Kumar and Dining Chef were very helpful. Had minor stomach issues and Chef got food ready to suit upset stomach. Wide spread Breakfast is available and my family really relished. Would strongly recommend the hotel for family/business stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff that do their best to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffet offer plenty of multi-cusine choices. We opted for a junior suite which was large enough for our needs including the washroom. The furnishings were acceptable but the corridor had a musty odor. Located quite conviniently to get to multiple local sites.

The stay, service, food everything was good! The staff is helpful and you get cabs and auto for local commute very easily. The location is prime - it's close by to most famous places around Ahmedabad and there are all necessary hospital, medical stores, supermarkets nearby for ease.
