Staying in Sempoorna town was a delightful experience, and this resort made our visit truly special. Sempoorna town is relatively small and apart from diving, hiking, island hopping there is not much things to do. If you're planning to spend more than 2-3 days in the area, I highly recommend considering this resort. Conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Sempoorna town by boat, the resort offers a tranquil escape. The staff and owner here are not only friendly but also incredibly cooperative, ensuring a warm welcome and a comfortable stay throughout. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully equipped, providing a luxurious experience. The surrounding beautiful sea is a highlight, adorned by starfish and other fishes. While the included food may not be the centerpiece of the experience, it is satisfactory, mainly featuring delicious Chinese cuisine. The staff and owner go the extra mile to share details about the resort, snorkeling gear, and any assistance you may need. During our stay, they arranged an unforgettable island-hopping tour, adding an extra layer of excitement to our visit.

Supposely they provide telephone in every room .. having difficulties to reach their receptionist .. This our 2nd time check in there ... no slipper in room. .. little bit disappointed with cleanliness of the room and under expectation their breakfast 🤭🤭

The overall environment of the B&B is good, the flowers and plants and various graffiti are very beautiful, with a strong fairy tale style. The surrounding area is very remote, but after all, it is several kilometers away from the town, which is understandable. If you want to go to the town, you can arrange a car in advance. The facilities are average, but there is no problem with water and electricity, which does not affect the accommodation. Maybe because the ecological environment is relatively good, you can occasionally hear mice fighting on the roof... The cats and dogs in the manor are very cute and friendly. There is a big yellow dog that can shake hands and is very smart. If you want to eat, you should go to the town. It is not a little expensive to order food in the B&B. On the menu, a tiger shrimp costs 168 Malaysian ringgits, ordinary shrimps are 118, ordinary fried rice is 28, and two very small groupers seem to be 88, which is too expensive.

One of the best Hotel Deal in Semporna town you can get. Location is very convenient for family travelers. Hotel is connected to a small so called town mall, where various fast food chains are just downstairs i.e. Starbucks (the only one in Semporna), KFC, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Convenient Store. With the right room, you can get a great view of the busy sea. DIY Laundry is a bit far though, would have to drive to do your own laundry.

really love the affordable rates of each rooms. every room was clean and there were free flow coffe, tea and biscuits at the main hall for guests to enjoy! alllowed me to check in early at 1pm instead. very kind of them Check in was swift and smooth. friendly receptionists and staff

Stayed at this hotel for one night, which was close to restaurants, near the boat dock, and the supermarket. They serve breakfast at a little cafe right beside the hotel too. Overall it was convenient and comfortable.
