Maison Charme de l'Ile

Spacious, thoughtful, cleanest apartments. Not expensive bikes relative to all island prices. There is a shop next door. Very green area, there is a backyard, a mini pool, but refreshing, clean and very comfortable. Far from the center of the village and the harbor. 30 minutes. But closer to the park and the famous beach, 10 minutes. All on foot, on a great faster. Since there are no plums and 100 meters of the ground road, in the rain there was a whole river that needs to pass or drive to the hotel. But all there is such a pleasant, everything is clean. I recommend.
Le Domaine de L Orangeraie Resort et Spa

Where you should start when the whole stay is a combination of good feeling. Reception very friendly, clear explanation and a nice welcome drink. The staff member has all the time for you, walks with you after talking about the whole resort, to finish at your room. And what room, very spacious, very beautifully furnished, clean and with large balcony and spacious ”open” bathroom, shower under the blue air. View from balcony is palm forest with all sorts of birds and various shiny hagediss. A picture. The rain was beginning a little before, which made some mugs, but there were smoking pots for present so it went. Further, a delicious swimming pool, a beautiful beach, good kitchen for extensive breakfast and a delicious dinner buffet with every day other theme. At the pool bar a wide selection of delicious cocktails with sea view, very pleasant and relaxing. Just next to the resort is a bicycle rental company, so you can easily explore the whole island. In short, a pleasant stay and a recommender.
La Digue Island Lodge

We spent in the La Digue Island Lodge six days and enjoyed its quiet and peaceful vibes very much. Do not expect glamorous luxury here: however, the overall ambience and services correspond well to a three-star hotel. We booked a standard garden room, which is a simple, clean and modest room with a rustic Creole feeling, providing adequate comfort for sleeping and resting after a daylong exploration of the island. We consider two main advantages of the hotel: (1) the location of the hotel is just perfect for exploring the island – all the attractive places are easily reachable from here, including L´Union Estate Park, Veuve Reserve, Nid d´Aigle trail and with a little help of the bike also the most beautiful south-east beaches. (2) a calm and quiet environment free of noisy entertainment, allowing to enjoy undisturbed relaxation in the quiet garden, beach or pool, listening to the murmur of the ocean and chirping of tropical birds, with a tasty cocktail from the pool bar. The restaurant is also designed in a rural Creole style, and we appreciate the offer of the delicious local Creole dishes that are almost unknown and hardly accessible to us in Europe. Be sure to take the opportunity to learn more about the nature of La Digue. With a little patience you will definitely be lucky to spot the gems of the local fauna, such as Paradise Flycatcher birds, Seychelles sunbirds, Seychelles blue pigeons or Greater Frigatebirds. One inconvience must be mentioned: the weak and unreliable wi-fi. If you want to do something important, like online check-in for your flight, it's a good idea to take your device closer to reception where the signal is better. But honestly: isn't it nice to enjoy a digital detox during your holidays? Guests from Europe must also be aware of incompatible electrical outlets. The reception offers adapters to borrow, but only one per room. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel for our family or friends.
Pension Michel

I was so happy that I was able to book this place! I don't even know where to begin. The front desk receptionist, Shaila, was absolutely amazing. She helped me arrange a kayaking session, dinner, taxi, and even a bicycle. The center of town is about a 20 -25 minute walk, but its even faster by bike. Still, its such a beautiful little island, the moment you see everyone getting around by bike, you will easily forget the distance. It is however, very close to the most beautiful beach in the Seychelles - Anse Source D'Argent. The maides, Mariesa, as well as the others, were such a joy! Those women really, and truly took care of all of my needs. They were so kind to me. Additionally, the breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were are cozy and quaint. The air conditioning is really good in the rooms as well. The only thing that was a bit spotty was the wifi, but that's to be expected in Seychelles overall. If you are looking to stay in LaDigue, I highly recommend you stay here! You will not regret it.
Casa de Leela Self Catering Guest House

We booked the Penthouse, two bed apartment which was lovely, although if you have mobility issues (as I do) it's worth noting that you need to climb two flights of steep stairs to access it!. The aircon in our room didn't work very well which wasn't ideal and the bathroom's could do with some blinds as the window onto the toilet is very overlooked by other apartments, not the nicest!! Otherwise the accommodation is clean, spacious and well maintained with everything you could want for self catering. Slightly out of the main area you will need to be a good walker or use the bikes, which we did, however one of them pulled to the left frequently and when we mentioned this it was dismissed as the way we rode it, this clearly wasn't the problem but the staff definitely pay lip service to any complaints and live by the fact that you aren't there long and they really don't need to bother. Swimming pool area lovely and would recommend if you are happy to go with the flow and not expect too much
Le Repaire - Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

This is relatively the most comfortable hotel to stay at at this price. It's only about 600 meters away from the pier, so you don't have to pay relatively high taxi fares (you must discount taxis in the Seychelles, otherwise they are really expensive). La Digue is also relatively small, so you can explore the entire island by renting a bicycle. There is also the most beautiful beach here, and you need to pay a fee to go to this beach. But there is a sense that it can only be viewed from a distance but not played with. The scenery is beautiful, but the sand is relatively hard.
