Returned back home after another wonderful holiday at Liberty Lara; it was nice to be able to catch up with all staff and meeting the new members of the team and it is great to see the different changes they make to the hotel each year. The staff at this hotel really makes your holiday, all staff are welcoming and will always go the extra mile for you all while having a smile on their face. It is nice to see that some staff have been promoted which is well deserved (Ahmet) who works well with Elvis,Harun,Gorkan and in a morning its nice to be greeted by Hassan(Jake) smiley face. A big thank you to Kazim who helps translate when my daughter fancies a stir fry for tea making sure that there is nothing in it due to her allergy. The food is always to an excellent standard with plenty of choice throughout the day from the morning breakfast buffet to a number of choices for lunch i.e pasta house, main buffet restaurant, pizza house and table service pool bar that has a wide selection to choose from. In an evening the main restaurant offers a wide selection with something different every night. Whilst we were there we visited the Italian a la carte which is a 6 course menu to choose from. Entertainment at this hotel is like no other we have ever been to, there is always something going on throughout the day from yoga in a morning with Berfin and Merve to crazy pool games at mid day with Omar, Ferdi and Beeka under the watchful eye of their new chef Abdullah and there is always something different in the evening to keep you entertained from professional shows to Mr/Mrs Liberty which is very funny. The Monday night party are always great to go to with different themes every year. It was great to be apart of their victory day celebration but this year seemed to be scaled back and in the evening not as grand as previous years but loved the parade around the grounds of the hotel which included staff and children from the mini club. We won a cabana for a day on the bingo and was treated to first class service by Ali who is a new member of staff from our last visit and he made us feel special for the day. This hotel runs like a well oiled machine all under the watchful eye of Ümit Gölcü and Mr Ali. Guest relations are always on hand should you need anything are even just a daily chat Mustafa is a wealth of knowledge. Keep up the good work and will be great to see you all next year.

The location is good but without a beachfront, the suite is clean and spacious, the food was good, different menu every day. Facilities were also good, the staff were excellent, very friendly very cooperative.

We are coming towards the end of our two week stay here, having returned for our fifth time. This place is like home from home and over the years we have got to know a number of staff here. Value for money wise you really cannot complain. The food choices are good with plenty on offer across a number of eating areas. The lunchtime pizzas are great. We spent our lunchtimes at the a la carte restaurant and found ourselves enjoying the food choices and fellow guests for up to 3.5 hours on some days. Murat and Zehra manage this area and having met them last year it was great to see them again. They are very attentive, provide excellent service, always smiling and chatting but fundamentally work hard to please guests. You cannot sit here in swimming costumes (quite rightly) and Murat is polite in enforcing the standard. During our stay there was quite a loud family who had little consideration for other guests in this area when joining 2-3 times and Murat dealt with them politely whilst ensuring they were allocated a table (for 8 of them) away from the majority of quiet and respectable diners. Murat and Zehra are a credit to the hotel. In the evenings we were very well looked after by Yakup, another member of staff we met last year. He was extremely polite, attentive and made our evening meals an enjoyable experience, and another credit to the staff here. Umut who tends to float across various bar areas is another lovely chap we have got to know over the last 2-3 years. Shame we did not see more of him. Rooms are clean and tidy if perhaps a little dated but we spend little time in them so not a problem for us. Drinks choices are superb with a huge selection of branded spirits. Pool areas are great and spacious, again spotlessly clean. It was a little bit busier this year at times and we did experience the odd family / group who didn’t care too much about other holiday makers with lots of noise and messing about at the expense of others - but you cannot blame the hotel for that. We will be back for sure and will no doubt keep in touch with some of the staff as we have done previously. People who complain about this hotel are probably never satisfied with anything.

This is our 4 th visit to this wonderful hotel. The hotel is spotless all the staff are amazing from the cleaning staff to hotel management, It’s like coming home They never forget you and know our names Are favourite place is the roof top bar tuca the bar girl is amazing and her husband who is a manager are so friendly and welcoming nothing is too much bother to them The animation team this year are fantastic Mr Alek is a superstar,. His daily water gym and Zumba is not to be missed. He really makes it fun and you get a good workout. He has time for every single person and his class fills the pool . I really can’t say much more but we came to the Seginus because he had moved there from another hotel he is very very special guy and is loved by many many people
