They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

The swimming pool are great heated both The indoor thermal water pool is great I enjoyed the stay just one point I hope the consider is adding chicken nugts to there menu for kids Kids area and kids playground need to improve and add more toys Regarding the food every thing is good exept the chicken need more improvement

Perfectly located, all facilities are a few minutes walk away. Families with children are welcome. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The mattress is comfy, the rooms are big. The food buffet is tasty and variable every day. The roof pool is amazing, bath towels are provided, you can have food and drinks in the cafe. All nice, quiet and relaxing. The Spa area downstairs has a pool, steam sauna, regular sauna and a massage rooms. Massage is really good, professional, I advice to try a kase peeling and a foam massage:) The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Speak basic English.

The clean and pleasant rooms are cleaning towels, the hygiene of bed socks, the cleaning of the wet area is my favorite reason for the hotel again. The quality of breakfast is increased by the concept of the room breakfast. The car is available. I visited my birthday, and I owe thanks to the hotel management that made me feel private, to the working friends, especially Mahmut, the spa and Kad lady and friends for sledding me on silk.

Currently I am at the Thermal Elite hotel, everything is just super! The hotel owner and staff treat every guest very friendly and at home. The rooms are incredibly comfortable: beds with orthopedic mattresses, pillows you'll want to sleep on! Air, nature! Relax! You can take baths with thermal water in your room, where else could this be? If you want to swim in the thermal pool and take a hammam, then all services are just 300 meters from the hotel.
