This hotel is located near Sanyang Plaza, making it super convenient for getting around. The views are fantastic, especially at night when you can see the city center's nightscape. The room is spacious, with a modern minimalist style, and the large bed is really comfortable. The front desk staff are lovely and very helpful; you can reach them through the hotel's WeChat if you need anything. There are also plenty of famous Wuxi local eateries nearby, like Sanfeng Bridge and Wangxingji. It's also a shopping district, so retail therapy is a breeze. There's even an anime-themed mall downstairs – worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing, it's quite fun! The overall vibe of the hotel is great, and the environment is excellent. Friends visiting Wuxi should definitely come and experience this high-rise hotel. Highly recommended! ✨

The hotel's location is excellent, right above a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The subway station is just outside, so getting anywhere is a breeze. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with comprehensive facilities, including a soundbar – perfect for relaxing with music after a day out. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided fantastic natural light; in the morning, pulling back the curtains let sunlight flood the entire room. Finally, the restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and the environment is very tidy, with tables being cleared quickly after guests finish. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is ideal for family trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Suzhou!

The hygiene was really good. It wasn't noisy during my weekday business trip. Parking was free, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. This hotel is located in the Zijin Building in the Financial District. It has a fashionable and quiet decor, but it's not a complete, standalone hotel apartment. Since it's affiliated with the building's sales office, I was asked to leave when I tried to sit down. For swimming, you have to register a day in advance and wait for approval, which I couldn't wait for. The front desk told me I could only swim before 12 PM; after check-out, I wouldn't be eligible. There's no gym, and breakfast isn't cheap. The set menu is at 2418, and the buffet is in another building, which I couldn't find. Well, now I know what to expect.

The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, and the hygiene details were meticulously handled. It offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center at Sanyang Plaza. It's incredibly convenient with a metro station and commercial hub just downstairs. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. The views were expansive and the city lights were beautiful. The front desk staff were all very friendly and the cleaning ladies always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, offering both international standards and local flavors. Overall, it was an extremely good value for money experience. My only minor complaint is that the duvet was a bit thin, especially since the air conditioning worked so well!

We had a fantastic stay at Ascott Nantong. The hotel lobby is on the 36th floor, and there's a swimming pool, kids' playground, and outdoor terrace – all great touches. I requested a high-altitude room and was given floor 46 as asked. The room was extraordinary – very spacious, comfortable, and with an amazing view. Breakfast is served on floor 48, with a lovely library right next to the dining area, which was a unique and pleasant surprise. The staff were amazing – warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone wanting space, comfort, and stunning views.

He was genuinely warm and helpful, not only making our check-in process smooth and efficient but also thoughtfully upgrading us to a better room. It's the little details that count! The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, our experience far exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Location: Great location, about 100 meters from the subway station. There's a large shopping mall downstairs, making dining and drinks very convenient. Room facilities: The room was spacious, an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen and washing machine. The biggest highlight was the bed and pillows; they were more comfortable than those at other hotels, including some luxury ones. The firmness was just right, very comfortable. The selection was excellent. Cleanliness: The hygiene was well-maintained; I didn't notice any issues. Dining: It came with a breakfast, and the breakfast experience was also good. While the selection wasn't vast, it covered a decent range of options, and you could tell from the taste and ingredients that thought was put into it. The restaurant also offered high-altitude views. One minor inconvenience was that ordering takeout wasn't as easy. For security reasons, you need to swipe your card to use the elevator, which is good, but it would be even better if they could add a delivery robot in the future. Overall, the experience was great. Recommended.
