The front desk staff were all incredibly nice! I initially booked the wrong dates on a third-party platform, and they helped me contact the third-party customer service for a refund. Then, they even upgraded my room on the spot. When I left, they gave me some snacks, drinks, and tissues. Their service was very thoughtful!

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

Traveling with kids during spring break, this Holiday Inn Express was perfectly located. It's not far from the attractions, and right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Before check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was huge, with two separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, offering great privacy. Excellent value for money!

The room is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is splendid as it is located right beside Times Square and the IFS tower. The reception was very helpful with all the request made and is available 24/7. Would definitely recommend this place for families travelling to Suzhou.

The 360-degree panoramic lake view is absolutely stunning, with Dong Tai Lake right downstairs – a true frontline lake view room. You can catch a gorgeous sunrise in the morning and a romantic sunset in the evening. The scenery is both therapeutic and picture-perfect. Although the hotel decor is a few years old, there are absolutely no unpleasant odors, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. It's about 2km from the subway station, so getting around is convenient. The price is very affordable, offering excellent value for money. It's definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway!

Ascott is truly a hotel with integrity. Even during Chinese New Year, the room rates didn't increase much. The only thing is that the two-bedroom apartments were quite popular, so on our third day, we had to book two one-bedroom apartments separately. Mr. Lu at the front desk was excellent; he arranged for us to have two adjoining rooms. The rooms, living room, and bathroom were all very spacious, giving us a homely feel. A special shout-out goes to Auntie Wen, the cleaner. We happened to see her cleaning, and she was exceptionally warm and friendly. She was very meticulous in her work and even mentioned that the bathtub is disinfected and cleaned with disinfectant every time, which is truly reassuring.

The hotel's service was meticulous, thoughtful, and incredibly warm. Its location is absolutely superb, just a few hundred meters' walk from the South Station South Hub. All the city's attractions are conveniently spaced, making it easy to walk between different sites for sightseeing, so getting around is both convenient and efficient. My friends and I stayed in separate single rooms, and the room rates were reasonable, with well-proportioned spaces. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, leading to an excellent overall experience. The value for money is outstanding.

Got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite – the room was huge, came with a washing machine and fridge, and had an absolutely stunning lake view. The breakfast was also much better than what you'd get at hotels like Atour or Ji Hotel. The location is fantastic if you're planning on swimming in Dushu Lake. The Moon Bay water entry point is just 100m behind the hotel, making it super convenient to pop back for a change of clothes after a swim. Plus, Xingyuefang (Star & Moon Square) nearby has plenty of food and drink options.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center at Sanyang Plaza. It's incredibly convenient with a metro station and commercial hub just downstairs. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. The views were expansive and the city lights were beautiful. The front desk staff were all very friendly and the cleaning ladies always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, offering both international standards and local flavors. Overall, it was an extremely good value for money experience. My only minor complaint is that the duvet was a bit thin, especially since the air conditioning worked so well!

The front desk staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. After checking out, I realized I had left my luggage in the underground parking garage. I only discovered this after getting home! I called, fully expecting not to find it, but the duty manager Nicol and the front office supervisor Jasmine went above and beyond to help me. They communicated very actively with the property management, and with their assistance, my luggage was found. They even helped me arrange for a courier! I am incredibly grateful. During my stay, Xiao Ai at the front desk was always available and truly provided excellent service. The room was spacious and bright, had no strange odors, and was quite large. I always choose Yanlord hotels when I visit other cities, and I hope they continue to uphold this service philosophy, hehe.
