This is my first time staying at such a stylish hotel! The decor is incredibly chic, the room gets fantastic natural light, and the bed is just the right firmness – I fell asleep instantly. The staff were super attentive and the overall cleanliness was excellent, with great facilities. They even upgraded my room without me asking. Even the slippers were more comfortable than those in other well-known brands I've stayed at. Definitely a five-star review!

Always a great stay! Every time I visit Dalian, I choose this hotel for two nights. I love watching the sea, seeing the sunrise from my bed, and the Venetian Water City downstairs has a stunning night view!

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

We were three adults and five children and booked this eight-person family suite. The two-story suite was spotless. While it didn't have a washing machine, the host was incredibly accommodating. Upon learning of our need, they went out of their way to come over after 10 PM to help us spin-dry our clothes, which we deeply appreciated. The guesthouse's location was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around via the subway. Definitely recommend.

The views are absolutely stunning ☺️, easily comparable to other hotels with ocean views. The room is also very spacious, more than enough for three people in a double room. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the subway station is just a four or five-minute walk away. In the evenings, on the way back to the hotel, you can also pop over to the nearby Venice Water Town for a stroll.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the subway station and the beach. There are many restaurants downstairs, offering a wide selection of breakfast and late-night snacks. The room has a window overlooking the building across the street. The room has basic amenities, the mattress is a bit firm, and overall it's quite clean and odor-free, although there were small insects crawling along the walls, possibly due to renovations in nearby buildings. Luggage storage is available free of charge; for cleaning or resupply, simply message the owner.

The shower pressure and temperature control were especially excellent, washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around super easy. I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

As a foreign visitor, she helped me sign for a package delivered to the hotel in advance and meticulously arranged all my requests before arrival. Her communication and service were incredibly thoughtful, making me feel completely at ease even before I got to the hotel. When I mentioned during check-in that this trip was for a birthday celebration, I was so surprised to find that she had thoughtfully decorated my room! Opening the door was a truly delightful and touching moment. This level of care made my birthday trip even more memorable. It really felt like the hotel wasn't just going through the motions, but genuinely put themselves in the guest's shoes to provide warm and considerate service. The hotel's location is also excellent, directly connected to Galleria Mall, making dining, shopping, and grocery runs incredibly convenient. You can easily get around regardless of the weather. For first-time visitors to Dalian, this location is highly recommended. The hotel itself is an apartment-style hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with full amenities. The washing machine, refrigerator, and other appliances are very practical, making it perfect for stays of several days or even longer. The overall environment is quiet, and the hygiene is excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay. This trip was with my mother, who has some difficulty with her legs. The hotel staff provided a lot of help and care from check-in to check-out, which made our entire journey much easier. This kind of service truly feels very warm. Finally, I want to thank Flora Sun again for her consistent patience, meticulousness, and genuine help. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made this stay even more perfect. If I ever have the chance to visit Dalian again, I will definitely choose to stay here, and I will certainly recommend it to my friends and family. Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.
