Guest UserThe hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and it's only about a 20-minute ride from there to Munich Central Station, which is very convenient.
Right outside the metro station, there's a shopping mall, and a budget supermarket (LIDL) can be accessed directly from the back entrance of the mall.
The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in.

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.

I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Munich. I wanted a quiet place to stay, as far from the tourist areas as possible, and this was an excellent choice.
The S-Bahn takes 20-30 minutes to get to the city center, and it's a great value for the price. It's clean and tidy, and the residence-style design makes it ideal for long-term stays. Large stores like Riedel, Revue, and DM are all within a 10-minute walk, so I don't have to worry about shopping in the city center, which is incredibly convenient.

The room was quite spacious for German standards and came with a small kitchenette, which was handy for cooking. The induction hob was decent enough for boiling noodles or frying an egg, but don't expect to do any high-heat stir-frying. There's a supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the hotel (as shown in the pictures), and within a 15-minute walk, you'll find other supermarkets like DM, REWE, and LIDL. Transportation is convenient, with bus lines 16 or 17 right outside the hotel, taking you to Munich Central Station in just one stop. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. There don't seem to be many restaurants nearby, except for a Subway. Overall, I recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at BRIGHT for three nights. The customer service was absolutely excellent—any issues or questions were resolved immediately via email, and the staff was incredibly responsive. If you send a photo of a problem, they address it straight away, which made the experience stress-free.
The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything you could need is provided, including cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, and even a lovely selection of teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. As a thoughtful touch, they left a small candy gift on the bed along with fresh, great-smelling towels and bedding.
The location is fantastic, with a train station right outside for easy transport. Parking is now subject to a fee, though we didn’t have to pay during our stay as they were still updating their policies. If you plan to cook, be mindful to open the windows, as triggering the fire alarm could result in a fine between €250 and €2500, as per the information provided.
There are several convenient stores nearby, about a seven-minute walk, including Aldi and Burger King. Additionally, there’s a beautiful lake area perfect for a relaxing stroll.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment studio. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again!

Shortly after making the booking I contacted the hotel to confirm (I provided my name and the booking number). They told me my booking did not exist and I should check with Trip. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry, unfortunately, since we paid upfront. The issue was resolved by Trip very quickly. Late check-in after 10pm was no problem due to their convenient key-safe system (I requested this per Email). Parking in the area was easy enough to find (I believe they also have paid parking available). The carpeting in the room looked rather discoloured and unappealing (no carpet would be better), and the room had a strange, rather unpleasant smell. Kitchenette and fridge were nice extras. A kettle and coffee/tea in the room would be even better. Also, a communal water fountain for drinking would be nice (€2,50 for a small bottle seems a bit steep). The machine with instant coffee is a bonus (€2 perhaps also a bit steep), but there was no milk available on the first morning (only on day 2). The U6 is available from Klinik Großharding which is a short drive away (P+R available for €1.50/day). Overall a good, reasonably priced (except during Oktoberfest for example, when everything is way overpriced) place to stay, with the added convenience of a kitchenette and terrace or balcony. Bathroom was also reasonably sized. Staff were friendly.

pousureThe room matched the pictures perfectly – very nice and new, with a fully equipped kitchen. There's a supermarket right downstairs, and I was surprised to find two large TVs. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. The P+R parking lot next to the hotel was a steal at 1.5 euros per night.
Be really careful with parking in Germany; someone dinged my car at some point, and it cost 1150 euros in damages when I returned it. The rental company said it's quite common in Germany for people to hit your car in a parking lot and just drive off.

the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

Guest UserWe loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!

Easy check-in & check-out with friendly reception. The room was very clean and tidy, big enough to open two large suitcases and to move around. Our room was facing towards a backyard, it was very quiet at night, no noise from nearby or inside the room, there weren't many cars on the main street either. Not sure if it was a heater or central heating but the room was warm and cosy all the time. The TV was nice and allowed screen mirroring. There were also charged laundry machines and dryers which looked very new and did the job properly.
The surrounding environment felt safe to walk around at night. Although not many restaurants around, there were some big supermarkets. It took 3 minutes walk to the nearest underground station, and from there it took about 15 minutes to Munich Central Station. It was a bit far away from Munich city centre, but 35 minutes travel time was ok for us.
In general very nice! Will definitely consider staying again.
