You couldn't score a better location in the city center. The main department store is 5 min walk away, the beautiful Old Town is a 10 min walks, not to mention all the great restaurants and coffee shops that you only have to step out for. And for anything that's further away, the tram stop is pretty much next to the building. The apartment was very beautiful, stylisg and clean and remote check-in and check-out is great for those who want to be private and get a feel of actually ”living” in the apartment. The bed was super comfortable, the towels soft and there were even great quality soaps, shampoos etc in the bathroom (from Rituals). Everything you need in the kitchen as well + a coffee machine with beans. Even some books to read. My absolute only complaint would be the check-in and check-out times. 3pm check-in and 12am (like most hotels have) would be so much more convenient, especially when on vacation. NB! Keep in mind there's no elevator, so if you have a lot of stuff or a baby with a pram etc, that's just something to consider.

Tallinn Old Town
We stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights last weekend and we were so happy with our decision to stay here. It is in an excellent position in the old town , the rooms are of an excellent size and the place was spotlessly clean. We stayed in no1 which came with its own sauna which was very useful after walking around the city in minus degree temperatures. Access to the location is a straightforward enough procedure , you are sent a code prior to arrival for the main outside doors and then instructions for the key lockers on the wall to retrieve the key for your apartment. You leave the keys when you depart in the same key lockers. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the old town in Tallinn then you should really take a look at staying here as it is very hard to beat. If you do decide to stay here then take the no4 tram from the airport and alight at Viru and the accommodation is literally 5 mins walk from the tram stop. You can purchase a travel card from the Rkiosk as you leave the airport , you pay €2 for the plastic travel card and can add 1 day/3 day/7days worth of money on it & you just tap them on the machine reader as you enter the tram doors , 3 days costs €7.50 and you can make as many tram or bus trips as you like

Tallinn Old Town
A super location in the heart of the old city. Nice building with only a few apartments per floor. Nice room, good bed. Sunny window. Very bad smell in the bathroom (sewage). And very bad internet. So...

Location: The apartments are about 10 minutes walk from the old town and there are numerous restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a shopping mall in the immediate vicinity. Arrival: At the address arrived, the entrance to the building is located, directly left next to the large steel door that leads to the courtyard. The floor has a reception that is occupied day and night, and at which I was given the keys to the apartment against the submission of my booking. Between 22:00 and 6:00 the main entrance is complete, but you can just click or call the receipt telephone number placed on the entrance door. Parking: There are numerous parkings belonging to the property, costing € 10 per night, and located in the indoor courtyard of the building. Accommodation: The apartment was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as air conditioning and comfortable furniture. The internet was also quick enough to work on the laptop without problems. Unfortunately, there was no washing machine in the apartment, so you may have to bring clothes to the washing room. Concluded: I would visit this accommodation again at my next visit to Tallinn and continue to recommend without reservation.

Tallinn Old Town
Excellent for location, but no view. Well-equipped kitchen but uncomfortable pillows on the bed. Good shower but a sewerage smell coming through the vents in bedroom. Free laundry but the batteries on the TV remote were flat. For every good thing about this place there was always something unfortunate which let it down. We had instructions to get in but the key hadn’t been left so there was mild panic trying to contact the company through a webchat because their phone number didn’t work.

The place was amazing. When we first entered, it smelled great. The staff was wonderful. The parking was also great. My kids loved the place as if it were an extension of our home. The place is also near the town. I think it took us about a 20-minute walk to get to the old town. Overall, it was a fun and comfortable experience staying at this place.

Tallinn Old Town
I understand this company has several apartments for rent. We stayed at Toom-Kooli 7, and the place is impressive. Right next to the Alexander Nevskij-cathedral, the parliament and the German and French embassies, we felt very safe :-) The apartment has two big bedrooms with huge beds, an enormous living room with large sofa and dining table for 8 people, a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with washing machine, and a sauna. The area is quiet, only disturbance is the occasional church bell. The reception staff also deserve full marks. Nice, efficient and they all speak excellent English (and probably other languages as well for all I know). If you want to visit Tallinn - this is definitely the place to stay.
