I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

The sauna is very hot and refreshing. It is some distance from the city, but there is a ski resort next to it, which is very suitable for skiers.
Although there is food available in the morning, lunch and dinner are a bit expensive, with a burger costing 24 or 25 euros.

MMintFuss free stay and breakfast provided in the fridge was satisfactory. Amenities and overall interior are excellent.
The cons may be that the lobby doesn’t have common toilet access and the check in time is quite late (though they did notify earlier check in after). I did not know my breakfast was provided in the fridge as it was not in the email confirmation or instructions.

GGuest UserIt was not a very smooth check in initially. Was locked out of the room on one of the nights when returned back to the apartment. Had to call the unlock. Though the response was fast, still it should not happen in the first place.

GGuest UserThe environment here is very good, the boss is also very friendly and enthusiastic❤️, he often helps, the room is very good, it feels like home. Very comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time I have a chance. It provides some food. So don't be afraid

GGuest UserThe duplex three-bedroom space is large, and the sunrise and aurora can be seen in the room. The kitchen facilities are very complete, and you can buy all kinds of things nearby kmarket, suitable for the whole family. The front desk has to walk to the hotel, and the service attitude is just like it.

GGuest UserIt may be close to Christmas, and the prices of nearby hotels have all turned over. The overall feeling for me to live in general, breakfast in general, the price is expensive. Blinds for curtains, the street lights outside can penetrate, uncomfortable. The only thing that makes me feel good is that there is a good Chinese restaurant in the middle of the 50 meters. The European restaurant is really not used to eating.
