I don't know which Munchhausen wrote the hotel descriptions. In any case, that one had smoked more than a joint. I don't know where to start. The entrance was dirty, sticked and unpleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot walk through walls and I had to reach the door to open them. That was the first overcome for the night here. The next horror was the right lift. Here the mirror was smiled with some sabber, there come up all the fantasies that you really don't want to see. Then then the battle hit me at the 3rd floor. Like Jesus I can't go over water. I'd been right here. I'm now mid-50 but I can tell you that I never saw a dirty tape floor before. It was black, brown, bright brown-ach something just foolish. After all these horrors we arrived in the room. Well. Don't expect anything, then you can't be disappointed. The only thing I can consider here is that the bed and towels were clean. In short, who books a room here is the blame of himself. My review is - 5!!!

Stay for a weekend in Lyon. The hotel is new, large room, pleasant clean with small balcony. Quiet street. The location is a little far from the city, but metro station 10 minutes away on foot. Possibility of parking on the street in front of the hotel. Nearby restaurants. Basic but OK breakfast. The reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., we found ourselves in front of a closed hotel when we arrived at 2 p.m....

Amazing hotel! Absolutely loved location: shops are near, metropolitan, tram. Staff also was really nice. I can definitely recommend this hotel! The room has a cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, it is very convenient.

Fifth visit to this hotel and for the first time when booking I saw different prices for different room sizes, and chose the only 1 that had any availability when I came to book, so I knew I would not be getting a big room with balcony as I've had twice before. The air considering now seems to be in all rooms (it was only in some last time I stayed in 2019), but I do wish they would give the option of being able to use it all year round (a notice states that when the mode has been switched, I guess centrally, it is not possible to switch it back, and last time I stayed it was a warm October and the air conditioning didn't work). In steamy June it was great to have very efficient and controllable air con and the room was very comfortable for sleeping. Every room has a kitchenette which we find very useful for chilling drinks etc. We did miss the balcony for having a drink, but knew we wouldn't get this so weren't disappointed. The young chap who checked us in was very pleasant but spoke very fast French to me at check in and didn't revert to English despite my not great French, I think I should be flattered! We had some issues with our door lock which worked only intermittently. We reported it twice and the problem seems to be diagnosed by what colour light shows when the card is inserted, the problem was there was no light at all! The second time, after being totally locked out and even a very friendly housekeeper couldn't make it work, the lady from reception changed the batteries but it still didn't work reliably so she said she'd get maintenence to have a look the next day. We don't think this happened, but we did find that if we pulled the door forward before putting the key in we could get it to open. The piece of wood at the bottom of the door was loose and was a bit of a trip hazard. Housekeeping is only done every other day which was perfectly fine and when it was done it was to an amazing standard (eg sheets changed) but the coffee supplies seemed inadequate for 2 people (only 1 coffee capsule, creamer etc) , not that it was a problem for us as the machine was a bit too complicated! All in all, this was another very pleasant stay in a hotel that feels like home from home for us now!

We often stay in Adagio Aparthotels because we often travel as a family and having a kitchen is always a plus. We find that Adagio service, comfort & cleanliness is always consistent. Rooms are always clean upon arrival. And although there is no daily cleaning of the apartment, they have cleaning supplies for you to use. This Adagio in Annecy is very well located. It is about 300 meters behind the train station, walking distance to the old town and the lake. Just around the corner is a mall with a big Monoprix supermarket. We had a room good for 3 people with a small balcony. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable. The bathroom had both a shower and tub. The kitchen had a small dishwasher and very ample kitchen cookware, plates, glasses, etc. They also had a coffee maker. Air condition worked well, and there were a lot of cabinets for us to use. The people in the front desk were friendly and helpful too.

Stayed at L'Oree du Parc in Divonne-les-Bains for three nights in March 2022, deciding to book one of their small apartments. This is larger than their standard Studio, having a separate bedroom and a lounge/dining room with a sofa which would convert into a single or double bed if necessary. For two people we had plenty of space. Cleanliness on arrival was excellent and the overall condition of the apartment was also very good with only a few small signs of wear-and-tear which were really unnoticeable. The kitchenette facilities were fine for preparing breakfast but we didn't use them for cooking any meals. I'm sure the hob and microwave would be adequate for preparing a small meal if you wanted to eat in. My only minor comment would be the curtains in the bedroom should be thicker than the net provided, since there aren't shutters. This meant the outside lights shone into the bedroom at night, but really I didn't lose any sleep due to this. We would certainly stay here again, as proven by the fact this was already our second visit.

The hotel is very near to Geneva Airport and it provide free parking at the hotel. The hotel reception is open 24/7 so if you are on a late flight, you will not have problem checking in late at night. There is a petrol station and supermarket nearby so it is very convenience. As this hotel is situated on the French side of Geneva, the price is more economical. The reception is efficient with the check in process.

Arrival must be at 5 p.m., shower gels, a drop in a very small bottle, the television which does not work and at reception they do not know... And departure is at 11 a.m. and not noon. The only positive thing, they keep your luggage for you!

The hotel is nicely located within Ferney-Voltaire with 5-minutes walk both from the F/66 bus stop at Rue de Jure or center of the town or Voltaire's house. I stayed at the room on the last floor with a lot of the fresh air and the only 'noise' from the birds. The room itself was clean with all necessary cooking facilities present. I definitely recommend this hotel compared to twice more expensive Geneve if one don't mind 30 minutes bus ride to 'Nations' in the morning.

Having booked a 'comfort apparthotel', the standard of our apartment was well below the standard we expected, and not at all what the photos suggested we would get. There were holes in the plaster and paintwork on the walls throughout the apartment, and peeling paint. The lights in the bedroom were broken, and curtains hanging off the curtain rails. Lighting was insufficient after dark, and at least one ceiling tile was broken. We didn't receive any housekeeping during our 6 night stay, and had to ask for a new bin bag once the first one was full. The apartment was quite dusty, and the dishwasher quite smelly. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work at all. On the plus side, we had the space we needed and were in a good location, and it was good to have the basic kitchen facilities which you wouldn't get in a hotel. But the quality of the apartment was very poor, especially considering the price we paid. Needless to say, I have already attempted to send this feedback via the contact form on the company's website and had no response.

The hotel is in a good location and has parking spaces for a fee. The suite is nice. The kitchen is also very good. You can make your own breakfast and dinner. You can go for a walk in the botanical garden next to it.

The first room we had was right on the street, first floor. It seemed ok at first, but it was so noisy and we were staying for 6 nights, I asked to change and they ended up finding a room later that day we could move to. The first room was ok, it seemed run down. The bedding and bed seemed new and the a/c worked, so I thought is was workable. After the noise and I moved to the next room, I had another awful room. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling where there was a water leak. The full length mirror was cracked and I was worried I would hit it by accident and cause it to fall. There were just minor issues like wallpaper peeling and paint touch ups needed. I know this company recently bought this hotel, but they should not be open until the rooms were renovated. The rooms needed a total gutting and redoing. This is not at all the quality I was expecting when I booked. Also, we were told we needed the key to swipe to access the building, but that wasn't true. Anyone could enter at any time. I never felt safe there. The second room we had was way in the back, so I felt safer there, but I was very happy to leave when it was time to check out. So if you are staying here soon, I would advise to check and see if the rooms have been renovated before you book.
