Apartments in Brittany, France

I booked a room with a terrace, hoping for a beautiful sea view, but I was assigned to the ground floor, so I couldn't see much. I understand that room availability is limited. The facilities in the room are not very clean, and this four-star hotel seems to require a lot of self-discipline from guests; cleanliness is something that guests need to manage themselves. Since I usually do a preliminary clean when I check into a hotel, I found that the wet wipes I used to clean the freezer turned brownish in colour, making me completely hesitant to use the freezer. The living room is spacious, but the shower room is very narrow, although the kitchenette is well-equipped. Overall, it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are very new. We chose a triple room for a family trip. The three beds were not crowded. We were amazed by the kitchen in the room. The kitchen was open with two doors. It had all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, even detergent and dishcloths). Environment: The environment is very good. The hotel lobby is simple and warm. There are vending machines to buy drinks (there is no mineral water in the room). It is very close to the central city and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. Service: Because it is a self-driving tour, parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The parking lot is relatively large and automatic in and out. Highly recommended

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

Bed and towels are clean, water is hot, it's the most important. Overall the apartments are clean enough. Only the floor was a little dusty. Staff is kind, location is good: near the supermarket, to the center of minutes 10-15 on foot. To the station is also close, too near 10-15 minutes. The instructions in the room are written to throw away the garbage. We sorted everything but it was not clear where to throw. It turned out to be a room on the bottom floor. It was difficult to find: no signature.

The reservation on the application for this stay, monitoring and various advice and information were perfect. We have received a great welcome at the reception of this hotel. A very clean room with all the equipment needed for the food and breakfast. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience

Bon acceuil par le personnel ainsi l'efficacité des installations. Petit déjeuner correct. Néanmoins il serait souhaitable d'avoir un paqet de serviettes en papier à disposition dans la cafétariat ainsi que dans la chambre. 去雷恩大學上兩個禮拜的法文！在這邊住了18天。 還可以自己煮飯光線也很好，雖然大部分時間很多時候天氣不好，夜晚也睡得非常好（雖然沒有冷氣，但是八月晚上很涼）。
