StefanbergI always stay at Delta when I'm in Liverpool for business, but this time I booked too late and had to stay here. It's an Ascott group hotel, located on the main commercial street, and only a 5-minute walk from Lime Street Station. It's very quiet, and all the facilities are new, plus the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor drawback is that there's no restaurant, so no breakfast... For the past few days, I've had to make do with buying food from Lidl for breakfast. Oh, and by the way, a HeyTea actually opened right across from the hotel... seems like most of the customers are older Chinese women and international students. All in all, this hotel is really good.

Guest UserThe service was extremely poor as we had no house cleaning done in our room in the 2 nights spent there. I called the customer service and was told cleaners were going to come and change the bed linen, towels and clean the room but that was false. I called a few times to chase this and nothing was done so I slept on the same old bed linen and I had to later chase up to get some clean towels. The service was really poor and there weren't many breakfast options to choose from as there wasn't much variety.

TangmofeiI booked this apartment as a layover stop, and it turned out to be much better than I expected. The description said a 1.3-meter bed, but it was actually closer to 1.8 meters. The small kitchenette isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for simple cooking. The hotel has its own enclosed parking, and the overnight rate wasn't expensive. Just remember to check in at the front desk first, otherwise, you can't get in. The apartment's location is also excellent, right next to Albert Dock, where the Beatles statue is located. All in all, great value for money.

Spotless bathroom friendly helpful staff
I had to move rooms because of a smell in first room I dont like that they dont have designated rooms for visitors with dogs
Some rooms have a huge pillar down the middle of the room severely restricting movement so I would try and avoid getting one of those
The reception area is really nice and they sell everything you might need on your visit such as shaving foam toothbrush aspirin coffee pods etc
They also have a large secure luggage room
Very close to both central station and lime street station
Bed was very comfortable and there was no noise from outside even though it is close to bars

With Liverpool being our City of birth, the place was easy for us to find. The receptionist was very welcoming, and gave us all the information we required for our stay, making check in and check out a breeze. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we required for our stay. Having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. Being in a city centre you canāt avoid a certain amount of outside noise, but it was nothing that earplugs didnāt sort lol There was a takeaway, a restaurant and 2 small general stores within a few minutes walk from the apartment, and we made use of the restaurant and Tescoās whilst there. All in all it was a fabulous stay, and we would stay again.

I was supposed to relax but to start the photos nothing to do with the place, a few beds all watered , the whole floor all disregarded, the very old sofa that could not be made bed, the door was heard every time the other flat opened at the end succeeded The rest until I returned to my home to go there was only time and money lost.

Great stay at the apartment! Super spacious and very modernly designed inside! Was super close to city centre, all the bars, food spots, supermarket, noise was not loud enough at night to wake us up, which we were worried about but pleasantly surprised by! Apartment could do with some amenities like salt or oil etc, for this wanting to cook in the apartment without buying a fridge of ingredientsš otherwise, great stay :)

bobbydazoNot what pictures our sofa bed not comfortable to sit on and tv singal was rubbish did ask they say there look into had 2 people turn to fix the washing machine didnt not no there was anything wrong with it! Communication was shocking had to ring several times to get to check in! The noise from next door was like concert the floor boards were shaking and music till in morning! Bed was so comfortable u just sit on it makes noise! Wouldn't stay again and not would recommend it!
