The location is fantastic, very close to the station, museums, and shopping areas. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent amenities including a coffee machine, cutlery, and even salt and pepper. They also provided cookies, and the fridge had small bottles of milk and water. Hot water was plentiful. There was a small dining table and a desk. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in early. The only minor drawbacks were that the curtains weren't blackout, and the bathroom light automatically triggered the room's ventilation, which was noisy.

A decent accommodation for a short stay. The place even provides a mini kitchen space which was not initially advertised but was a plus! Customer service was extremely helpful in terms of confirming the booking and figuring out how the shower works - apparently you have to pull a “lever” to turn on the shower, running water does not immediately come out of the shower as expected. Besides that minor hiccup, super easy to travel from this place given that the Huddersfield Bus Station is less than 10 mins and is reliable and is directly opposite the University of Huddersfield which makes it feel safe for a solo female traveller. Check-in and checkout was easy given that you will have to refer to the email sent on the digital lock passcode for the building entrance and the room. There isn’t a reception or customer service desk - more of an Air BNB concept.

Was a decent room, nice and clean It wasn't obviously stated that you have to go to the Leeds roomzz branch to pick up your keys beforehand... this is fine if you drive, but having just had a taxi drop us off, we had to get another taxi to another place and back again with all our stuff... wasn't great. Also wasn't any way of contacting reception to ask for a later check out, no-one answered Sunday and our phone was plugged in but not working so I got locked out at one point with no way back in...

Lovely well serviced and equipped rooms with comfortable king size bed, comfy loungers, kitchenette with 2 ring hob, kettle and microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and mini safe. Shower room with 2 sets of towels, cosy central heating and air conditioning. These apartment style rooms are like a home from home.

The experience was great until the electricity when off an hour after I used the oven/microwave in the evening - almost had dinner in the dark with my husband. Luckily, the Guest Service helped me quickly via WhatsApp. Another missing item was toilet tissue. I was only provided with one roll for 4 days stay. It forced me to purchase tissue with my own money.

Good service attitude, good hotel style, complete facilities, good front desk service, intimate, fast check-in, clean and tidy room, strong network, big bed, clean bathroom, comfortable bath, simple and convenient kitchen and laundry equipment in the room, superb stay experience, will come next time!

The location is not clear, the phone communication is not convenient, it is completely possible to send someone to send the key downstairs, but it caused us to drive around for two hours, shivering in the cold wind to find a place! Finally, I called Trip.com customer service to cancel, and someone came out to find us and took us to stay.

Myself and daughter had a pleasant time here. Spent two nights and it felt like home. Will highly recommend.
