I booked this hotel for 2000 rubles a night, come on! Then I read a bunch of bad reviews saying it was a waste of money, dirty, etc. But for me personally, everything was great. My room was nice, they checked me in kindly, and they were always reachable. (Block K) The only inconvenience was the casino music 24/7, but that's the only downside. I had a blast in every sense!

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment and generally felt very comfortable. We especially loved the location on the 23rd floor and the beautiful balcony with the view. The apartment was modern, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. Although the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, it didn't bother us much overall. The bed was comfortably firm and very cozy, the closets were large enough, and the bathroom was particularly nice and spacious. Even small details like toothbrushes and other toiletries were provided. The hand and bath towels were clean, soft, and lovely and fluffy. The kitchen was well-equipped with glasses, cutlery, a small knife, etc., so it was easy to prepare something small. However, dish soap, a sponge, and a dishcloth were missing, which we found a bit disappointing. A few things could still be improved regarding cleanliness: Unfortunately, the floor wasn't entirely clean – our feet were quite dirty after walking barefoot. The fabric sofa also had some noticeable stains. However, the most unpleasant issue was the occasional smell from the drain in the bathroom. It was sometimes so strong that it was hard to stay in the bathroom and even caused headaches. Luckily, this didn't happen constantly. Aside from these points, we really liked the apartment. It's a beautiful, modern, and cozy apartment with a great view – we would generally come back and hope that the minor issues have since been resolved.

Good afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.

This is a one-bedroom suite with a very spacious room. The facilities are excellent: two air conditioners, one large and one small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a washing machine. There are three beds: a standard double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fold-out single bed. The balcony is very large and offers a view of the Black Sea. For just over 300, it's great value for money here. The host was very welcoming, and checking in via WhatsApp was very convenient. However! The nightclub downstairs operates until 3-4 AM every day! It's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get any rest!

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Everything was exactly as pictured, and the sea was just a stone's throw away. I stayed on the 47th floor; the elevator stops at every floor like a bus, but there wasn't a huge queue as there are many elevators, so the slightly longer ride wasn't really a problem. The room was very clean and even had bathrobes. The only downside was that the fridge was unplugged when I checked in, it was dirty inside and smelled absolutely horrible, so it was disgusting to use. I just avoided opening it again. The reception always seemed busy, but it wasn't crucial for me to address the fridge issue, so I didn't bother spending time on it. Otherwise, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it for its value for money!

My husband booked this accommodation for my friend and me. On July 27, 2026, I checked into my standard room with a sea view. ATTENTION! Room 30-20. The absolute worst! First, there was a terrible smell from the sewage system! There was water on the bathroom floor! The toilet door wouldn't close because the door frame was swollen from the water! The toilet tank was leaking and wouldn't refill. The furniture in the room was cheap and outdated! The phone didn't work, so I couldn't contact reception to call an ambulance for my friend, who was feeling unwell! The TV didn't work. The room was dark because the balcony was cornered with dark glass, and there was only one small window to get some air; you couldn't breathe on the balcony. After 2 days, I decided to complain about all the shortcomings of this room, after which it was immediately changed to 31-08. This room finally matched the pictures on the website and my expectations. The room was bright, with working plumbing, furniture, and appliances. The balcony was open and spacious. The air conditioning worked, as did the TV. Why couldn't they have assigned me to a room that matched what I paid for initially? The service was disgusting! In the first few days, I asked for a drying rack for the room for 2 days! They promised but brought nothing! Also, a technician came to the first room to fix the phone but never actually fixed it. There can be queues for the elevator, and you might wait 10 minutes. The soundproofing in the rooms is also very poor. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to Batumi at all! And Courtyard is not the best place to stay in this city.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
